GGomenI came to this hotel to watch a concert in さいたまスーパーアリーナ. It's about 8 minutes away from Shinto Shinto Station, and the environment is very quiet. The hotel is not very new, and the decoration is ordinary, but the room is large, which is very good at this price. The front desk staff are very friendly I am older and don't speak foreign languages, but my attitude is very friendly. There is no self-service check-in. It is a 3-star hotel so there is no entertainment. If you just want to rest, it is no problem. It is worth a try.

GGuest UserIt's about a 25-minute walk to the concert venue at Saitama Super Arena. Hotels in the new city center were expensive, but Omiya Station is within walking distance, so I was able to keep accommodation costs down.
The facilities were impeccable. The staff were very polite.

AAnonymous UserAlthough my carry-on suitcase was small, there was enough space to open it.
There was also a long counter and chairs, and there was a full-length mirror and a smaller mirror on the wall that could be used for applying makeup, which was very nice.
The water tap? was closed from the start, and even when I tried to move it, it wouldn't open, so water accumulated in the tap, which was a bit inconvenient. Other than that, it was very nice.

GGuest UserThe young man at the front desk of the store has a good attitude and is very kind. Every question will be answered. The older ones may have been cheated by Chinese people before, so they are very wary. For example, when you leave the hotel, you must hand over the key to the front desk for safekeeping, and after checking out, you must leave the hotel and cannot wait in the lobby. Young people don't have any of these broken rules. It doesn't matter how long you take as long as it doesn't disturb others resting in the lobby. I probably won't stay in this hotel again.

ももちや8月。友達と2人で利用させていただきました。
駐車場が狭かったので大きい車の方は苦労すると思います。
受付を済ませ部屋に行きました。最低限の設備はありましたので泊まるだけなら問題ないです。
お風呂はスーパー銭湯レベルの広さで、お風呂カフェ独特の長湯するにはちょうどいい温度のお風呂がありました。
外風呂の近くにある椅子の数は10個ぐらいありましたが全部埋まってました。
ドライヤーは風が強くて良いです。
脱衣所は涼しくて良いです。暑がりな方は水風呂に入ってから出た方がいいです。
お風呂カフェですので本はそれなりに沢山あり、快適な空間で読めそうです。寝ることを優先したので読んでません。
前回来たのが5年くらい前ですが清潔感と民度（馬鹿騒ぎする人が多い）が悪くあまりいい印象がありませんでした。
今回2度目で清潔感と民度が良くなったと感じます。
付近の泊まれる場所の中ではコスパが良いと感じました。
朝食は追加料金でカフェで食べるか、チェックアウトして外で食べればいいので素泊まりレベルなら良いです。
友達は枕が合わず寝られなかった為次に利用することはありません。
