Thank you for the warm hospitality of the owner and his wife. Breakfast and dinner are all local seasonal ingredients. You can also experience the farmwork by the way. I hope to visit again in different seasons.

As luxurious as one can expect. Beautiful place in a secluded natural environment with lavish service and delicious food. The bath are very well prepared and the staff is extremely kind and attentive.
It is a hard ask but it would be nice to have some western options at breakfast. But of course this is a Japanese traditional inn yet these options would feel even more luxurious.
Some of the decoration feels a bit either dated, kitsch or not being harmonious, I think they need a redesign of the furnitures are it looks more like an assemblage than a harmonious selection of decoration and furnitures. It’s a little on the weird side even sometimes!
But the bedding is exceptional. You will have a great sleep at this stay!

They communicated in advance to confirm the arrival time and even had someone waiting for us at the JR gate – a truly considerate gesture. We escorted us directly to our room (which is essentially a standalone building) for check-in. After introducing the room facilities, we arranged the breakfast delivery and station drop-off time for the next day, so there was absolutely no need to worry about transportation. The bus ride from the hotel to the station was only 5 minutes.
The room was fully equipped with a coffee machine, kettle, and safe. Sockets and USB charging ports were conveniently located on both sides of the bed. There were two bathrooms; the showerhead had strong water pressure, and there was a huge soaking tub. The only downside was the shower gel – the formula contained rice, grapefruit, etc., and it smelled rather unpleasant. The air conditioning and underfloor heating worked well; it was below freezing outside, but above 20 degrees Celsius inside.
Breakfast arrived on time, featuring local ingredients – simple yet delicious.

Guest UserVery nice experience. The cafe has a warm and cozy ambience. The room is unique too with nice lakeview. The meals are special too. It is better to order meals during this period as you cannot find food elsewhere easily. It’s strongly recommended to visit the Lake Tazawa. The water is so calm and clear and clean.

The location is decent. You can take the Nyuto Line bus from Lake Tazawa to the resort center station. You can either arrange for the hotel to pick you up or walk for 15-20 minutes (though it's a bit tough with luggage due to an uphill section).
The main draw of this hotel is the complimentary shuttle to Tsuru-no-Yu for an hour of hot spring bathing at 8 PM.
Dinner and breakfast are included and the food is pretty good.
The hotel service is excellent. With only a few guest rooms, it feels very private and is perfect for a relaxing stay of 1-2 nights.

Guest UserThis hot spring hotel is in a very good location, right by the lake. The owner gave us a room with a beautiful view of the lake. The hotel is quite decent, the facilities are not new, but they are very clean. The service is also very satisfactory, but it cannot be said to be very exquisite in details. The entrance to the room is relatively narrow, making it difficult to place suitcases. The hot spring is very good and very comfortable. Dinner was okay, but breakfast was a bit basic. I rode around Lake Tazawa for a week and found several hot spring hotels that were out of operation. It is probably due to the impact of the epidemic in the past few years, which has led to a reduction in market supply, while demand continues to recover. Therefore, it is obvious that the price of hot spring hotels in Japan is now higher than before the epidemic. It is at least twice as expensive, but the service quality is slightly lower than before the epidemic.

If you have time to go to Tianze Lake, it is recommended to choose this one. The location is right by the lake. The windows of the lake room are very large. You can see the whole lake view and enter the eye. Don't want the beauty. It is just that the traffic is slightly inconvenient and you need to take the round-the-hu bus at Tamako JR Station to get there, but the beauty of the lake view can offset all the inconvenience. The French cuisine for dinner is very delicious and exquisite.

The room can put up to four floors. The area is still very good. The wet and dry separation. The hot spring is separated by men and women. You can also come to the room at night. The room is also very clean.
