The dinner is served by a dedicated person, with a menu, and indoor dining, with a family taste. The hot spring facilities are good, and the hot spring pools inside and outside are not crowded and clean. The location is good, five minutes away from the bus station, you can go to Xinshankou Station.

Excellent location for transit passengers. On the opposite of Shin-Yamaguchi Shinkansen station, across the road. Breakfast is excellent, in the room too everything is, cozy and clean. The mattress is comfortable, the pillows are also. There is water in the cooler downstairs.

The location was convenient, less than a 5-minute walk from Shin-Yamaguchi Station. There were restaurants and convenience stores near the station, which was very handy. The room was clean and it was a shoe-free room (*´∀｀*). While there were few cosmetic amenities, there was tea and coffee in the room, and two bottles of water. Breakfast was a buffet, and there was a wide variety of delicious food. The front desk staff were also very kind and helpful ･:*+.\(( °ω° ))/.:+

The hotel has a large sense of space. This is definitely one of the five largest rooms I've had in my nearly 30 years of staying in Japanese hotels. There are 28 square meters. There are relatively few places to shower in the large public bath. Others are fine. There are three set times for breakfast. Each segment is only half an hour long. A bit stressful for us leisure travelers. Others generally satisfactory. There is also some space for putting on shoes when leaving the room. Very appreciated

There's nothing to regret... that I didn't have time to try, but the service was friendly and everything was playing... a little sterile hall, but otherwise everything was okay.

I stayed at the capsule hotel. The location was great, and I was able to walk to the Ruri Five-Story Pagoda. The staff were very helpful, even at night, and I was provided with a work kimono (work clothes), two towels, slippers, and other amenities, and I could even choose my own pillow, so I was very satisfied! Absolutely perfect!

It's a little far from the hotel in Yuta Onsen, but the exterior was beautiful, the interior was elaborate, and the food was very delicious and satisfying. Cospa is the best!

I was looking forward to the hot springs, but I was a little disappointed because it was a time setting that was difficult to take a bath on my schedule. I wanted to enter twice a day. There was a slippery part and a okay part in the bathtub, so it was dangerous if you didn't care not to fall. The hot water was very pleasant. The staff was very kind. The car was stopped by muryo, but I was grateful for always being careful so that it could be parked safely. The room was non-smoking and I didn't mind the smell, but the elevator was spicy with the smell of cigarettes and perfume. I was hypersensitive, and I was stuck with a towel to block my nose and mouth.

Very good for the price and the room was lovely though bathtub curtain was a little dirty otherwise very clean. The breakfast was good but not a lot of options compared to other buffet breakfasts, though it was nice, very happy. A good place a but a little far from the train station. Very nice Onsen and massage chair available good size room was really good 😌 and the staff were very friendly and helpful to get me to where i wanted

The hotel was not clear in the description, but more than one hotel is a kind of youth hostel. The very large rooms are designed to host many people. Beside the road, they have some noise. The rooms have no bathroom, which I didn't read in the description.
