AAnonymous UserExcellent hotel, very comfortable & spacious room. Plenty of hbo channels & was easy to change language preference. The frigobar functioned perfectly & kept my frozen food frozen.
I heard some music for a short while, but it wasn’t late. I found the breakfast above average as the chef knows how to prepare eggs nicely (not pulverized or overcooked to minuscule crumbs), but the orange juice didn’t seem authentic.
Hotel staff was friendly & welcoming. My room was spotless!

AAnonymous UserNunca me había hospedado en algún hotel de esta cadena, pero me gustó mucho! La habitación estaba cómoda, limpia, con una buena vista y muy bonita! El servicio excelente, todos muy amables!! Yo lo reservé para acudir a la Feria de León y me quedó super bien la ubicación, porque está justo en frente! La comida del hotel no la probé, pues prácticamente me la pasé en la feria! Pero sin duda regresaría a hospedarme ahí mismo!

Environment: The view from the high-rise is very good. The main opposite is the Leon Convention and Exhibition Center. It is just across the road. It is convenient for exhibitors and accommodation. It is about 900 meters away from the Bus station. It's also convenient
Service: There is a problem with the settlement between this hotel and Ctrip. There are problems with check-in and check-out. Ctrip is actively handling the problem.
