SSharmienI will definitely come here again. It was the best decision ever to stay here because the room complete with 4 pillows, superb king bed, smart TV and Young Living aroma. My room does have the balcony and enjoy watching the road scene.

GGuest UserThis is a wonderful place to stay in Alor Setar. I used to work here for two years and know some of the other options. For families, this is definitively the best place: The kids loved the infinity pool and the playground on the rooftop. While the kids were playing, we could relax and enjoy the sunset - at roughly the same height as Alor Setar Tower! That alone makes it worth to stay there :).
The apartment is big, with four beds, a washing machine and a huge TV. But contrary to other apartments, this one also has a reception that is really helpful.
We will definitively stay here again next time!

小小李飞蕉I chose this hotel because the rooms are quite spacious and there's ample parking. The only minor inconvenience is that if you're coming and going during school dismissal times, you'll need a little extra patience. The front desk service was also very good; every time we passed by, we'd exchange glances and get a big smile 😊

SSYAH81I had a pleasant experience staying at The Leverage Business Hotel Mergong. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained with all the basic amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with any requests.
The location is excellent—easily accessible and close to eateries, convenience stores, and main roads, making it perfect for both business and leisure travelers. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and efficient. I also appreciate the quiet atmosphere, which made it easy to relax after a long day.
Overall, this hotel offers great value for money, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Alor Setar.

GGuest UserWe spend one night in the hotel and for a short time it was perfect. Service was excellent and the staff were accommodating. Plenty of options for breakfast buffet. Private parking for guests available in front of the hotel.
However the hotel deco and furniture pretty much gave a 90’s vibe. Overall experience was nice. Nothing much to complain about.
Will definitely come back if Im in Alor Star.

The room had some hairs when I arrived.
Inside it has a sports centre which includes a swimming pool you can use but you need to wear a swimming hat, which you can rent there for 3 ringgit.

GGuest UserIt was raining heavily and my room was leaking. What's more, the soundproofing was very poor. The noise from the cars and motorcycles on the road made me sleep poorly for almost the whole night. But the rest was pretty good.

AAnonymous UserThe staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location close to major attractions.
