I had a pleasant stay at Urban Inn Alor Setar 😊 The location is very convenient, with plenty of food options and shops nearby, so everything you need is within easy reach. The room was clean, comfortable, and suitable for a short stay. The check-in process was also smooth, and the staff were generally helpful. The hotel offers good value for money, especially if you’re looking for something simple and budget-friendly. The basic amenities provided were sufficient for a comfortable stay.   However, there are a few areas that could be improved. The WiFi connection can be inconsistent at times, and some facilities may feel slightly worn depending on the room.   Overall, it’s a good choice for a short trip or quick stay. The rooms are abit cramp just the size of a queen bed but the toilet is big enough. The Aircon works well.Just that no lift to upper floors. So 1 room at ground floor n 1 upstairs. At night it is quiet noisy as the lorry n trucks came to park nearby. This hotel looks new. The reception is friendly n informative. Nicely to stay for the price. Value for money. Simple setting

An unforgettable 4 days and 3 nights holiday in my beloved hometown, Alor Setar. Staying at G Residence Suites was an excellent experience — comfortable, relaxing, and perfectly located. What made the trip even more special was the wide variety of food available, all delicious and surprisingly affordable. Most of all, I truly missed the authentic taste of home, especially Gulai Ikan Temenung — rich in flavour, comforting, and simply very sedap. Nothing compares to the food from home, and this trip reminded me how much I cherish my hometown.😍😍😍😍

always stay in this hotel for outstation work, never noticed there’s more rooms at another wings. But city view room is way better than corridor view 😂 Prefers good lighting from city view room.

the hotel room quite spacious and the bed is comfy. The facilities are nice. but the room’s wall is not soundproof so you can hear people walking, talking, laughing and etc outside of your room.

It was raining heavily and my room was leaking. What's more, the soundproofing was very poor. The noise from the cars and motorcycles on the road made me sleep poorly for almost the whole night. But the rest was pretty good.

But didn't try to call, no one answered the call by himself Fortunately, there was a Chinese Male person to help us. He helped contact us so he went to the room. If not, Male, how will it enter? When entering, there are not many amenities, there is air conditioner, TV, 2 bottles of water, tissue, cloth, check the room, clean, but There was some noise When checking out, we sent a message that we would ask for a late check-in. There is a very good receptionist, just send a passport, you can check in quickly too, there are still more facilities, more close to attractions, the price is still cheaper. 3. At the check-in cabinet There should be other language as well. That is not just English, Malay, Chinese, should have Thailand as well. Because Thailand is close to Malaysia 4. There should be an emergency press time. Contact the staff how many minutes should wait And recommend that there should be a bathroom service for customers as well 5.
