"The hotel parking was very convenient, right at the entrance. There's a Hong Kong-style restaurant and a Guizhou pickled fish place just outside. I booked a room with twin beds, which was generally clean and not too noisy, so it didn't disturb my rest. The front desk service was excellent, and they even offered free cookies."

"Disappointed with the two-night stay from 29 May to 31 May 2026 at Hotel Grand Crystal. 1. The towels appeared very old and had not been replaced for a long time. 2. The bed sheets had brown stains. 3. The duvet/blanket had no proper bedsheet or cover on it. 4. I did not use the blanket while sleeping as the duvet/blanket did not have a bedsheet or cover. 5. I checked out of the hotel the very next day due to the poor condition of the room. 6. The hotel is very rundown, and it appears that no renovation has been carried out for a long time. 7. This is the worst hotel experience I have encountered in my life. I have never experienced such poor conditions before. 8. WILL NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO STAY UNLESS THE ABOVE CONDITIONS ARE MET."
