With very good & strong water pressure.. Very pleased with almost everything except for the breakfast a little bit disappointed & most of the food serve not much verity & strangely cold with most of the food warmer not working or switch off.. Well anyway I had a pleasant stay.. Thank you very much.. The Jerai Hotel.. Alor Star.. Keep up the good work 👍💪"

"Made a last-minute booking due to heavy traffic on the way back to Penang from Kuala Perlis during the Hari Raya festive season. Appreciated the cleanliness—sheets and bed were spotless. The room was spacious, perfect for kids to move around. Basic facilities provided, including body shampoo and a travel toothbrush set. Ample parking, comfy ambiance, and a good option for a short-term stay. Would return if visiting Alor Setar again!"

TV no sound. picture display showed it's to replace tv set. a lot mosquitos, caught crockcoach. strategic location to nearby spots. 2 or 3 times staying here. Last year stay, tv set also not function well. staff very friendly."

"My family and I had the pleasure of staying at this homestay. The accommodation itself was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated that made us feel right at home. The room had everything we needed, including a comfortable dining table, bedding, hairdryer, heaters, Wi-Fi, and most importantly, excellent water pressure! The location was ideal, with food stalls and convenient stores nearby. We also felt very safe with its security door. The only minor point for improvement was that there were no extra keys provided for our family of six, which made it a bit challenging at times. Overall, we highly recommend this homestay to anyone looking for a peaceful, hassle-free place to stay. It was an unforgettable experience, and we would love to return!"
