Timaru Hotels with Parking

Just a reminder the reception will close at 8pm. Booked a lot of hotels during the whole journey so didn’t read the booking details carefully and didn’t realize the reception closed at 8pm. So we need to call the hotel when arrived. Location is good. Facility is good. Basically got everything we need. A simple kitchen is included.

Friendly staff. Easy check in and out. Great location. Parking space is so convenient right in front of your unit. Highly recommended.

The room is very convenient on the first floor, for people traveling. There is free parking space and the kitchen utensils are complete, although we do not cook ～ about 10 minutes walk from the beach

The location of motel is nice n clean also very convenient, there is a park behind and a short walk to lighthouse, Caroline Bay a longer walk. Just a short drive to Oxford resturant and we enjoy a good dinner there. Breakfast the next morning is at station cafe beside the train station… there are also small shopping shops around although is a Sunday.

Location within walking distance to many restaurants. Outside view great. The room kinda small, had fridge and an electric kettle. The shower had very strong water pressure — a bit intense. Door lock not working, pillow not clean. The parking lot is across the street; I arrived in the evening and it took me a couple of rounds to find it. As a short stopover, it was okay, but not best value.

An old New Zealand woman received us very unfriendly. It is estimated that there were Chinese guests who made her dissatisfied before. The old lady's English pronunciation was not accurate. She sent milk to molk. I didn't understand it at all. I took a table against us. They all said that New Zealand's service industry is very good. But I have experienced it myself, and the Chinese service industry is much worse than it is.
