"Got to our booking and the bed wasn’t changed over + dirty wet towel on the bed. We called the helpline number (it’s a smart hotel) and a hotel assistant came to help us and thankfully had another room to put us in. I had initially requested a quiet room but we were kept up late from loud bass music in the building. The hotel was meant to be smoke free but you could definitely tell that guests had smoked in the hallway as it stunk. The best part of this experience was the complimentary breakfast, although I didn’t use this bonus as I wanted to leave asap!"

Friendly and very helpful staff and you can park infornt of your room. Only negative thing was the little hole in the window in the bathroom. I wish you and your family the best."

"Just a reminder the reception will close at 8pm. Booked a lot of hotels during the whole journey so didn’t read the booking details carefully and didn’t realize the reception closed at 8pm. So we need to call the hotel when arrived. Location is good. Facility is good. Basically got everything we need. A simple kitchen is included."

"Great soft bed,no exhaust fan in the bathroom,need to open a window. Too light in the bedroom spoke to manager ,he took it on board. Room was clean . Parking is bit of a horror,have to reverse out if you have a large vehicle."

"The Wi-Fi reception was terrible, but the location was fairly convenient, so I had no choice but to stay at this hotel. The showerhead in the bathroom had very little water pressure, making showers take a long time. When I tried to plug in my hairdryer, the power suddenly went out, plunging the entire room into darkness and chaos. When I tried to call the manager to fix it, she was rude and had a very unpleasant attitude, as if we had done something wrong. Although the price was reasonable, I probably won't stay here again."
