Friendly and very helpful staff and you can park infornt of your room. Only negative thing was the little hole in the window in the bathroom. I wish you and your family the best."

"Very disappointing, cold, noisy, lack of maintenance and outdated. Though the manager did replace a portable heater immediately, when we told him the existing one was broken and dangerous. The bedroom had a window above the bed with a missing wedge for the handle to close up against, had to roll up some cardboard and jam in against the handle to close the window tightly to stop the cold breeze blowing in. Taps in bathroom and kitchen required maintenance. Bathroom cold tap would randomly start running slowly or full flow at times, including in the middle of the night even though it had been turned off tightly."

The apartment looked as though it had just been refurbished and was ultra clean . The beds are very comfortable. The host was extremely helpful and pleasant. This motel is situated close to the CBD . We would definitely stay here again ."
