CChuanshuozhongdexiaoEVery satisfied, the front desk is very beautiful, very polite, the room is very comfortable, and the location is super good, the gathering point for chasing light, McDonald's is on the left side of the gate, and there is a restaurant on the first floor, which is very convenient.
Later I booked a suite, which is very cost-effective and the room is very large. There is a living room with a table and sofa and 2 bathrooms. This hotel is recommended.

There is no need to occupy the toilet without doing anything. It is not your fault. Everyone has different personalities. This is normal, but you are not suitable for this position. If your service attitude is half as good as the front desk staff at this hotel, I would not write this review (the attitude of the front desk staff at the gym is really a plus). However, the positioning of this hotel is It is just a business hotel. Even if it is the best hotel in the city, the service attitude is not as good as that of Home Inn in China. I recommend this hotel to all friends who come to Murmansk. If you want a better room, you can stay in this hotel. However, if you want better service, I suggest you stay at the Meridian Hotel opposite our hotel. The service attitude is excellent (the room facilities are not as good as this one), or look for other hotels. This hotel costs more than 1,000 yuan per night during peak hours. Poor service attitude and low service efficiency (it took more than an hour to deliver two bottles of water to the room, and I urged them twice). Why bother...

GGuest UserThe hotel is hygienic overall and staff are quite friendly and helpful to tourists. Room is huge with well-maintained facilities, including heater and mutil-functional shower. Need to give appreciation to the hotel manager and staff as she’s articulative in English and Russian, who offered help to us to communicate for a lost item of us in a Yandex taxi. Highly recommended if going to skii / enjoy view of snowfall with families.

GGuest UserThe cabin is very nice, there is no hair dryer, the bathroom is too simple, there is no heating, the disposable items are too bad, and the shoes are as thin as wings. But there is a microwave oven, I ate king crab here

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is generally small, but the breakfast is quite plentiful. It's a good option if you're going out to play every day or just want to rest at night. There's a large supermarket across the street with all kinds of food. There's also a popular frozen terracotta restaurant nearby, so it's convenient to go anywhere.
