Iterra
"Excellent hotel, conveniently located. Special thanks to the staff. This is our second stay and we'll be happy to return."
Renessans Boutique Hotel
"Facilities: The room is small Health: relatively clean Environment: very retro Service: Not bad Breakfast: Very little variety"
Murman Loft Hostel
"Murman and Asgard are right next to each other. If you're traveling as a couple, I'd recommend Asgard. A lot of our compatriots stay at Murman, and it's easy to join a spontaneous group for aurora chasing there, which is great. However, because Murman has so many guests, there's no hot water for showering around 9 PM, and the heating in the rooms and common areas isn't as good as Asgard's. The one upside for Murman is that it has an elevator. Overall, Murman is a decent layover spot in the Arctic Circle."

"Traveling on a whim, I couldn't book one of the popular cabins, and staying alone felt a bit pricey, so I booked this place instead, and it was a pleasant surprise! It's not far from the city center, yet the surroundings are very quiet. The room has all the amenities, including a kitchen where you can cook and a microwave. After checking in, you need to exit the hotel and walk about one or two hundred meters down a small path to the right to reach the cabin area, so those with luggage should be prepared. Waking up and drawing the curtains in the morning was absolutely beautiful."
Tundra Hotel
"The rooms here are very clean, and the underfloor heating and hot water system in the bathroom provide a comfortable temperature. Their restaurant isn't very large, but they offer complimentary tea, coffee, and hot water."
Congress Hotel Meridian
"The hotel's facilities are pretty average, honestly, on par with a basic guesthouse back home. The room is tiny; once you lay out two 28-inch suitcases, there's practically no space left to move around. On the bright side, the location is excellent. Turn left when you leave, and you're right at the northernmost McDonald's, mostly filled with fellow travelers. Next to the supermarket, on the first basement floor, there's a rather large 24-hour hypermarket with a great selection of items, perfect for browsing. Overall, don't set your expectations too high for accommodations in this city. As for hotel options in this small town of Murmansk, this place is definitely top-tier."
Smart Asgard Hotel
"I would like to suggest the hotel set up a table and a chair in each room, so that the guest can use computer/laptop in own room instead of go to Common Room (Kitchen)."
Yagel Loft Hostel
"Stayed for one night, the atmosphere was quite nice."

"The front desk was very nice for the first two days. The fat *** who checked out on the third day was incredibly mean. When I was leaving, I took two candies from the front desk. I wanted to take the green one, but it was at the bottom. Before I could get it, the fat *** took the candy and put it in front of me without giving it to me. Is this how she treats guests just because I checked out? She was rude to foreigners and gave me a cold look. I thought she owned the hotel. I was so scared. If you're staying here, don't try to talk to that fat ***. She'll talk to you like she's interrogating a criminal. She's the most rude person I've ever met."
Hvoya Hotel
"The friendliest hotel of my trip in Russia. The front desk staff were warm and friendly, the rooms were clean, tidy, and practical, and the bathroom was huge. Tea and coffee were continuously provided in the lounge area, and there was a water dispenser in the hallway – everything was wonderful."
Nord Star Hotel
"The room was quite spacious, and the bathroom was clean. The only downside was the lack of Wi-Fi. However, the place is right below the ski resort, and it had been snowing heavily with lots of powder snow these past few days."
Park-Hotel Expedition
"Overall, the hotel is good; we stayed in a Deluxe room with a sauna and a living room! But the service could use some work. The receptionist disappointed me twice: 1. The tone and face with which she demanded my child's birth certificate was, to put it mildly, odd. I gave her my child's passport and showed her the stamp in my passport where the child was registered, but she didn't check in. I had the certificate, but I just asked. If these are the rules, and let's say the child was flying on a passport, without a certificate, wouldn't you have checked me in with the child, given that package of documents? She continued citing the rules and spouting nonsense until I said it was time to stop and think about it; I could write a review, after all. But she went to management and came back, said it was okay... I gave her the certificate and said it would be nice if such a wonderful hotel stopped having such a terrible check-in experience. 2. The plane was delayed. We checked the day before to see if we could check in early, and they quoted us 4,500. I said that if the plane wasn't delayed, we'd pay on the spot. Check-in was after 3:00 PM. We arrived at 2:30 PM. They tried to charge me, but I started asking if they were serious about charging me 4,500 for 30 minutes. I'd wait in the cafe, not ready to pay. We went back to management, and they checked us in. Otherwise, I have no complaints about the room or breakfast."
Vatslav Mini Otel 24/7
"The counter very rude.they not understand English, when tried to communicate with them, they up their sound. The stairs to up the bed built in abnormal high, very dangerous for our group aged 72,67,62. We booked 5 nights stay, stayed 1 night and requested to cancel twice but they not agreed. Actually the rules was we can cancel but the wont allowed .we wont mind the room very small can't put in 2 baggages, but the stairs steps is terrible designed. They promised to email stay confirmation letter but not. Very bad experience. Booked 5 nights but we stayed 1 night, for our own safe have to change other hotel although they refuse to cancel our booking"
Good Night Rooms&Hostel

Samitel
"It was decent, nothing special. The shared bathroom outside the room was a bit inconvenient for showering. Overall, it was okay, but not the best value for money."
Hotel Fiord
"In the north of Murmansk, but the surrounding supermarkets and restaurants are quite good, much cheaper than the city. Anyway, they are not big there, take a minibus to enter the city."
Navigator Hotel
"The hotel (should be said to be a homestay) is relatively small but the facilities are all available, breakfast is OK, there are shops and supermarkets nearby, ten minutes walk from the bus stop on the main road (of course, walking in the snow in the Arctic Circle is really a torment)"
Severny Bereg Hotel
"Very clean, very nice, very warm, the front desk will use Google Translate to translate into Chinese for us to listen to, although I don't understand it very well, but the auntie at the front desk is really nice. Very satisfied, very convenient to take a taxi, very close to the Alio**, also close to the northernmost McDonald's for dining"
Tri Zaytsa
"The location is somewhat remote and not easy to find. The indoor environment is average."
Rooms&Breakfast Mini-Hotel
"The lady at the reception on my check-in day was incredibly welcoming and kind. I was a bit anxious about my trip, but her warm attitude immediately helped me relax. Special thanks to her for making such a positive first impression. As for the hotel, it is conveniently located close to the city center. , but not that much for that cold. Even during the exceptionally cold weather, the hotel was pleasantly warm and comfortable. The breakfast options were sufficient and satisfying. The room was not cleaned every day, although I’m not sure whether that is the standard policy. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this hotel."
Apartment on Kominterna Street 20
"It's a great Airbnb, but carrying luggage up to the fifth floor (it felt like the sixth) was a pain. However, the rooms are small and cute, very close to the station, and not far from the northernmost McDonald's. The host is very friendly and speaks a little English. If you don't mind carrying luggage, this is truly a fantastic Airbnb. The washing machine can move by itself (hahaha). We washed a small amount of laundry because the washing machine doesn't vibrate much, so we moved it. It can accommodate four people, but there's only one double bed and a double sofa bed in the living room, which is still quite nice and spacious."
Ogni Murmanska
"The hotel boasts a prime location, offering panoramic views of the city, and with luck, you might even spot the Northern Lights."
