Some rooms are currently undergoing renovations, but we walked around during the day and it did not cause us any inconvenience. It is clean. There is a crossroad nearby. Not far from the main attractions. A good restaurant at the hotel."

"I stayed in this small hotel for one night. There was no mineral water in the room, so I had to prepare it myself. After chasing the light, I wanted to take a hot shower, but the water was yellow and had a lot of dirty foreign objects. The water remained yellow after more than ten minutes. It was so annoying!"

"Really close to the meeting point for my tour guide, which made it easy for my Teriberka and Aurora tours. beautiful snow covering the roads and streets right in front of the hotel. There’s also a mini market within walking distance, which was very convenient. A nice bonus was being able to buy souvenir fridge magnets directly at the hotel reception. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. They assisted me with carrying my luggage from the ground floor to my room, which I truly appreciated since the hotel doesn’t have a lift. Their hospitality made my stay even more comfortable. The breakfast provided was delicious, the room was very clean, and the heater worked perfectly during the cold winter days. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Murmansk."

"Highly recommended! The hotel sign is large and easy to find; the iconic Moorish thermometer is right outside the door, and the huge Okem supermarket is a 5-minute walk away. The rooms are on the first floor, so no need to carry luggage up stairs! They even gave us a handwritten welcome card with our names on it and some cookies upon check-in – so thoughtful! The rooms and bathrooms are spacious. All amenities are provided, including toiletries. There's also a dining area and microwave in the common areas. The only drawback might be that the bathroom mirror is quite high… perhaps it's designed with the average Dutch height in mind."

"The lady at the reception on my check-in day was incredibly welcoming and kind. I was a bit anxious about my trip, but her warm attitude immediately helped me relax. Special thanks to her for making such a positive first impression. As for the hotel, it is conveniently located close to the city center. , but not that much for that cold. Even during the exceptionally cold weather, the hotel was pleasantly warm and comfortable. The breakfast options were sufficient and satisfying. The room was not cleaned every day, although I’m not sure whether that is the standard policy. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this hotel."
