Iterra ★★
"Excellent hotel, conveniently located. Special thanks to the staff. This is our second stay and we'll be happy to return."
Renessans Boutique Hotel ★★★★
"We stayed for 3 days, and no one cleaned the house, provided towels or toiletries, or gave us bottled water. There were water jugs in the hallway, but no one changed them. There was practically no service. The worst part was the showers; you never knew if the hot water would turn cold or scalding hot. The hallway was also piled high with large bags of used bedding wrapped in dark cloth – it was creepy."
Murman Loft Hostel ★★
"The hotel's location is good, very close to the central area. There's a supermarket just a 4-minute walk away, and it's convenient to get to other tourist spots. There's also an elevator, which makes going up and down easy. The hotel facilities are decent. The kitchen only has basic equipment, just a microwave, but there are plenty of dishes and cutlery, and hot and filtered water are provided. The soundproofing could use some improvement. The upper bunk bed lacks a curtain for privacy, so it gets very bright when the top light is on. The room has a fridge. For a 4-person room, you have to use the shared public bathroom and toilet outside. For two days, one of the bathrooms was out of order, leaving only one, but it didn't cause too much inconvenience. Overall, it was a good stay."
69 Parallel - 1 Housing ★★★
"An absolutely incredible cabin! Highly recommended. It even has a sauna room, and with the thick snow, it creates such a cozy and atmospheric ambiance."
Tundra Hotel ★★
"The rooms here are very clean, and the underfloor heating and hot water system in the bathroom provide a comfortable temperature. Their restaurant isn't very large, but they offer complimentary tea, coffee, and hot water."
Congress Hotel Meridian ★★★★
"On the left when you go out is the northernmost McDonald's and supermarket. The location is very convenient to go anywhere in the city center. The room facilities are not very good, but they are very clean. You can also order meals to your room."
Smart Asgard Hotel ★★★
"Everything is good but the key is not well, difficult to open. TvT"
Yagel Loft Hostel ★★
"It can relieve the pain quite well."

"Self-service check-in, with a kitchen and a private bathroom in the room; very clean. The owner is very nice. Because I needed to pay a 1500 ruble deposit via bank transfer, which took a long time to complete, I contacted the owner via email, and they cancelled the deposit. Transportation is very convenient. It's a short walk to Murmansk train station, and there's a large supermarket nearby."

Vatslav Mini Otel 24/7
"There are two beds in one room, a bit like a bed with a desk underneath. There is a small window on the second floor. It is great to see the snow. The room is small but clean. You need to go to the front desk to get your toothbrush and slippers. There are none in the room. The front desk can handle the residence permit. The hotel Wi-Fi Chinese number cannot connect. This is really annoying. The water quality in Murmansk is very poor. Bring a few more tissues to filter it. The bathroom has a bathtub! There are two convenience stores and a fried ** across the street. The bus stop is right at the door. It is very convenient. Take the bus from the airport to the nearby bus stop and walk about one kilometer. McDonald's, the train station, and Lenin can all be reached by bus for 50 rubles. Alyosha is a little far away. Take the bus to the halfway point of the mountain and climb up."
Hostel 51
"Hostel was good and clean"
Good Night Rooms&Hostel
"The accommodation has a great location, very close to the airport bus station, and very convenient for getting to the city center. The internet speed was stable, and the administrator was friendly and helpful. Overall, a very good stay."
Tri Barsuka Mini-Hotel
"We stayed at this hotel for both nights in Moscow. The location was excellent. It was clean and hygienic, and the beds were soft. Although it's on the street, it was very quiet. The window offered a view of the snow. The front desk staff were also very helpful. When we couldn't check into our Moscow hotel because we didn't have a temporary residence permit, this hotel helped us obtain one and sent it to our Moscow hotel via email. We were very grateful."
Rooms&Breakfast Mini-Hotel
"The hotel is generally small, but the breakfast is quite plentiful. It's a good option if you're going out to play every day or just want to rest at night. There's a large supermarket across the street with all kinds of food. There's also a popular frozen terracotta restaurant nearby, so it's convenient to go anywhere."
Samitel
"It was decent, nothing special. The shared bathroom outside the room was a bit inconvenient for showering. Overall, it was okay, but not the best value for money."
Apartment on Kominterna Street 20
"It's a great Airbnb, but carrying luggage up to the fifth floor (it felt like the sixth) was a pain. However, the rooms are small and cute, very close to the station, and not far from the northernmost McDonald's. The host is very friendly and speaks a little English. If you don't mind carrying luggage, this is truly a fantastic Airbnb. The washing machine can move by itself (hahaha). We washed a small amount of laundry because the washing machine doesn't vibrate much, so we moved it. It can accommodate four people, but there's only one double bed and a double sofa bed in the living room, which is still quite nice and spacious."
Nord Star Hotel
"It's okay, it's okay, it's okay."
Severniy Breeze
"A nice hostel. Although the rooms don't have private bathrooms, the bathroom and toilet are not cramped at all. The location is good; the hostel itself isn't very big, and several popular photo spots are within walking distance."
Smart Hotel
"The rooms are on the first floor, exactly the same as the photos, a small square hall and a small balcony, the heating is particularly hot, the hot water is sufficient and hot, the breakfast buffet, there is a microwave heating, and the garbage is thrown away. The plate is put in the kitchen sink! We arrived at two o'clock in the morning, Miss Sister has been at the front desk, Miss Sister is particularly patient and enthusiastic, helping us solve the problem! The hotel door is very small, the location is on the small slope, and the driver will see the address when taking a taxi! If you walk, there are short steps to the street! There is a store and shopping mall next to it! The only downside of the hotel is that it is a little distance from the city center and about 6 kilometers to the center! But there are buses nearby and taxis are not expensive! The advantage is that our night aurora travel itinerary, return is the first to arrive!"
Piligrim
"Avoid this hotel! On my first day in Murmansk, the road to Teli was closed, and hotels in Teli were full. This was the only one available, but it was in a very remote location. The room had nothing but two beds and a chair, and the soundproofing was terrible. That's all I could complain about. What was outrageous was the check-in process. The receptionist scanned my passport page by page, even the non-Russian visa pages. I have no idea what they were doing. None of the other hotels I stayed at did this."
Severny Bereg Hotel
"Very clean, very nice, very warm, the front desk will use Google Translate to translate into Chinese for us to listen to, although I don't understand it very well, but the auntie at the front desk is really nice. Very satisfied, very convenient to take a taxi, very close to the Alio**, also close to the northernmost McDonald's for dining"
Navigator Hotel
"Location: The hotel isn't in the city center, but it's very close to the Nord Star Ski Complex, about a 10-minute walk. Bus 106 goes to the airport. Public transportation to city attractions is also convenient. There's a large shopping mall nearby with a wide range of shopping and dining options. Cleanliness: Clean and tidy. There was plenty of hot water, but the temperature was a bit difficult to adjust. Facilities: The lobby is small; if breakfast is included, you'll eat in the restaurant. There's a kitchen with a water dispenser and hot water. You can prepare simple meals in the kitchen. Luggage storage is available. Service: Due to the language barrier, we relied entirely on translation software for communication. The staff were generally friendly, but lacked flexibility. Because of road closures in Teriberka, we might not be able to arrive at the hotel as planned. Attempts to negotiate a refund through the platform were unsuccessful. Finally, braving the heavy snow, we rented a car and drove from Teriberka, arriving at the hotel in the early morning – at least the booking wasn't wasted."
Hvoya Hotel
"The room had a high ceiling, but the interior decoration was rather simple and a bit damp."
Park-Hotel Expedition
"Overall, the hotel is good; we stayed in a Deluxe room with a sauna and a living room! But the service could use some work. The receptionist disappointed me twice: 1. The tone and face with which she demanded my child's birth certificate was, to put it mildly, odd. I gave her my child's passport and showed her the stamp in my passport where the child was registered, but she didn't check in. I had the certificate, but I just asked. If these are the rules, and let's say the child was flying on a passport, without a certificate, wouldn't you have checked me in with the child, given that package of documents? She continued citing the rules and spouting nonsense until I said it was time to stop and think about it; I could write a review, after all. But she went to management and came back, said it was okay... I gave her the certificate and said it would be nice if such a wonderful hotel stopped having such a terrible check-in experience. 2. The plane was delayed. We checked the day before to see if we could check in early, and they quoted us 4,500. I said that if the plane wasn't delayed, we'd pay on the spot. Check-in was after 3:00 PM. We arrived at 2:30 PM. They tried to charge me, but I started asking if they were serious about charging me 4,500 for 30 minutes. I'd wait in the cafe, not ready to pay. We went back to management, and they checked us in. Otherwise, I have no complaints about the room or breakfast."
