GGuest UserWe stayed at the Inn at Thorn Hill from December 22nd to 24th, and the experience was absolutely magical. Everything was perfect, the beautiful, cozy room, the outstanding food, and the warm, welcoming atmosphere.
The service was exceptional, and the host made us feel truly cared for with genuine hospitality and attention to detail. It was a peaceful, luxurious stay and one we will always remember. Highly recommended, we can’t wait to return.

SSvieshnikovaThe hotel is right in the center of the city. It has picturesque views. The room was spacious and very clean. All the staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is close to all local attractions. For example, it’s just about 8 mins to Cranmore Mountain Resort.

GGuest UserOur Boy Scout troop stayed at this resort, 31 boys and 9 adults, for a weekend ski trip. We stayed at the ”Tecumsah” lodge, which contained no-frills rooms which were perfect for a large family- or friends-group such as ours. Our group was large enough to take over most of the lodge. All of the rooms contained a full-sized bed and one- or two- sets of bunk-beds (though our room contained a full, a twin, and a bunk bed). Most of the bunk-beds were wooden and sturdy, but some of the rooms with two ”real” beds are metal. The wooden bunk beds were comfortable for an adult to sleep on, but the metal bunk bed frames were really only comfortable for a child, so make sure which kind of bunk-frame the room you are booking has as an adult will be uncomfortable on the metal-framed bunk version. Food was served in the huge dining hall downstairs and was adequate and tasty. Staff was friendly and helpful, though only present during the day. Breakfast each day consisted of scrambled eggs, a meat, a starch (french toast, pancakes, waffles), and some kind of porridge. There was a large coffee maker available all day until it ran out after-hours, as well as juice, cocoa, and tea available 24:7, as well as fresh fruit. Lunch was also similarly adequate and tasty; as was supper. Not 5-star hotel fare, but perhaps a very well-run cafeteria with better-quality ingredients? They are able to accommodate gluten and dairy allergies if you give the kitchen staff enough notice. Each room had its own bathroom. There were also two bathrooms available on the first floor, one in the dining hall, the other kind of tucked away next to the front office. There was another Girl Scout troop staying in the lodge behind us as the same time as our, as well as several related family-groups in the lodge across the street The boys really enjoyed the pool in the main lodge (down the street), though it was so cold the weekend we were there we drove down the hill. The tubing park (part of King Pine Ski Area) was a short walk out the back of the lodge, though with the ski portion, we were lazy and drove to the bottom of the hill (but you could walk if you wanted to). We will come back here again next year. My only gripe is the pillows were kinda ”meh.” We'll come back next year, but I'll probably pack my own pillow from home.

GGuest UserJust went and had a three day, two night vacation at this ski in ski out for Attitash. The beds for Comfortable, pillows were comfortable, slept well. The pool and hot tub were clean and both a great temperature. I even saw staff testing the water. The gym was clean, equipment served it’s purpose. Sad the main restaurant/tap house was closed but they do at least have a breakfast spot on site open till 1. Great amenities of equipment storage, corn hole, and some board games.

YYuanquanThe inn was so clean: bathroom and bed sheets are spotless; it was so convenient: it has shower gel and body wash dispensers and has a permanent night light; it has all the essentials for a traveler: microwave, fridge, coffee machine.

XXiaowozhulinThe first room was not cleaned, and then changed to another room. There was a pair of dirty socks behind the TV. The hotel is very calm, on a hillside, to be honest, staying at night is a bit oozing.

GGuest UserGreat staff, hotel needs work. Haft of the plugs in the room didn't work. A/c wasn't that cold, shower handle was loss needed to play with the handle to adjust the temperature. Bathroom dirty, ceiling in room had a stain from previous water leak.
