Location is really solid, with some decent dining across the street. Rooms were clean and beds were very comfortable. Staff was friendly and professional, but I got a weird vibe from them. Not sure what that was about. Thiis hotel chain definitely cuts costs when it comes to things like soap, shampoo, toilet paper, and other room amenities. That all felt super cheap. Breakfast was acceptable. Not a lot of options. Waffles were good, eggs were passable, sausage was standard. I'd not want to eat it for more than two days in a row, but it hit the spot for what it was. Wouldn't avoid in the future, but certainly not memorable.

The hotel’s western restaurant tastes so delicious; the lobby is magnificent and luxurious, but the rooms are a little bit unsatisfactory. It would be perfect if the bed sheets and quilts in the room could keep up with the high standards.

I stayed here for two nights during the World Cup weekend and paid about $366. Unfortunately, I don’t feel the stay was worth the price. When we arrived, the room key cards weren’t working, so hotel staff had to escort us upstairs and manually let us into our room after we had already carried all of our luggage. That was a frustrating way to start our stay. The elevators were also malfunctioning. Each time we needed to use one, we had to call the front desk so an employee could operate it remotely. Having both the key card system and the elevators not functioning properly is a major inconvenience, especially for a hotel charging premium rates during a busy event. What disappointed me the most was the way my concerns were handled. I asked whether the hotel would consider some form of compensation for the significant inconvenience. Instead of showing any empathy or offering a solution, I was essentially told that if I wanted my money back, I could leave. As someone who had driven 16 hours from out of town, that wasn’t a realistic option. I later contacted Trip.com to express my concerns, and the overall experience left me feeling that customer service was lacking when guests raised legitimate issues. The room itself was acceptable, but the combination of the broken key card system, unreliable elevators, and dismissive customer service made this a disappointing stay. I would not choose to stay here again.

The service was great! It was an elegant setting, clean and our stay was noise free. The food at the hotel restaurant was delicious! Our only concern was it was advertised as free breakffast included and it was not included. This was an added expense and inconvenience to go somewhere else that has comparable food for less.

Staff are friendly. No cleanliness issues. Smells clean, but not offensively so. Fitness room was standard but nice and clean. Breakfast was fine as well. Had hot food and not just cereal and toast. Shower had good water pressure. Indoor pool looked nice, but never visited it. It is an older building but maintained from what I could tell. The tile in the bathroom was cold but clean. My only complaint is that adjusting the thermostat didn't seem to make a difference as the room was very cold. I just shut it off so it wouldn't blow cold air into the room as I was barely in the room except sleeping and getting ready for a workshop. I plan to stay here in the future if I'm ever in the area.

We love Embassy Suites by Hilton! Number 1 reason for its safety and cleanliness! We stayed there for 6 nights, and it felt like home. They have a fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, TVs in the bedroom and living room, and the crib we requested for the baby! Plus points for the laundry on the second floor! Their breakfast is great, but, you know, six days with the same breakfast? I'd rather sleep. LOL! Seriously, we love how cozy our room is!

Scored low on cleanliness due to a dirty dried rag had been forgot about in the shower! Went to reach for the handheld shower head and a rag was stuck to it! The shower curtain was dirty. The head boards had greasy hand prints all over. The stay itself was comfortable. The breakfast area tucked into a small room. Guest crowded into a small space to serve themselves. And the Waffle maker should be in a separate area. People just standing there waiting o use it, taking up space that could be more beneficial to other guest to get their food. If overall experience, not bad, but not great. I’ll probably spend a little more for a better stay across the road. I’m in the area frequently.

Motel lobby and breakfast area both closed in February 2023 door signed “closed due to Covid”. Appears real reason is just to save upkeep cost. Cold breakfast consists of 2 bars a package of low cost muffins and a tangerine. Room had missing facial tissues, missing wash cloth, stained carpet, damaged window covering. Dogs allowed and I got to listen to a barking dog all evening. Needless to say I’m going to choose other lodging in this area in the future.

The rooms are right if you just want somewhere to stay and be safe and quiet it's not a luxury room it's just a bed table a TV and a shower
