Niagara Falls Hotels with Parking

The room is clean and tidy, overall good, the hotel in a small place is not luxurious but clean and hygienic, close to the waterfall, walking distance, convenient to take a boat, free parking

I had a very bad experience with Suzanne, one of the receptionists on the checkout morning. She did not have professional manners and was not willing to give any information when asked about the deposits I made. I was surprised to witness her abrupt communication skills which are rare in hospitable sectors. I think the staff working at receptions are an image of the hotels and Suzanne’s behaviour and manners compromised the Seneca Hotel and Resort’s reputation. The reason I write this review is to improve the staff performance and I do not have any intention to damage the particular staff’s career. Many Thanks.

Very cheap and provided space for all three of my children.  It was older, run down, and had a very small breakfast with one sought after waffle maker.  BUT, the price point couldn’t be beat!

Around Niagara Falls, there is a 10-driving distance from the waterfall. Free parking, delicious breakfast and warm service staff. It is important to be careful that the price doubles on weekends. Fortunately we met a group of young Chinese postdoctoral students and took our old couple to visit various attractions of the Great Falls...a wonderful experience

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the waterfall, making it super convenient to walk there, and getting around the area is also easy. Overall, the stay was good, suitable for guests visiting the waterfall. The only downside was the hotel's Wi-Fi; both the signal and speed were quite unstable, which was a bit frustrating to use. Other than that, the location is definitely its biggest advantage, and the value for money is decent.

Great location - right at the entrance to national park, right next to Marriott. Rooms were also quite spacious and clean as well. Frankly, I wasn’t expecting it to be good, considering few extreme reviews online, but on the contrary, staff was super polite and friendly.  We reached early, so early checkin was not possible, but we got complementary breakfast.  We booked king bed room, it was quite spacious. Overall, great place, especially considering the price, which is a fraction of next door mariott.

It is very near to goat island and Niagara Falls. The room is big and can put 2 big luggage. Free breakfast but carpark at usd11 plus which public parking is just usd10. Will be great if come with free parking. Cleaning every 3 days. Clean towels at the reception. The bed is comfortable but pillows a bit too soft and small. After all, will stay against if coming again.

The room is OK, a standard room with a sofa, no suite space, some distance from the waterfall, probably in a residential area, a decent hotel, the included breakfast is very important, standard gourmet meal, tastes good.

Location: Although the location is great as this hotel is very close to the visitor center. But at night the area around the hotel is very dark and seems unsafe. Front Desk: A little too preoccupied with process and not really great at communication. We had booked a room with two queen beds online and paid in advance. At the hotel we requested if the same can be changed to one king size bed - the receptionist foolishly changed the room to one queen bed room !! Restaurant: Great staff, very helpful and inviting and always ready to explain even the most basic things to foreigner like myself. Cleanliness: Great Job !!

The room was very comfortable and the bed was the most comfortable during the beauty period. The facilities in the bathroom are a bit old, but the function is intact. The boss was very enthusiastic and gave detailed play suggestions. The location is close to the waterfall and the price is very high.
