Anonymous UserThe double room is a bit small. 30/4-1/5 I waited 3 hours to check in. The room is not soundproof, so anyone who likes quiet consider because the hotel is in the center, it is convenient to travel and eat, but therefore it will be bustling until late at night. The rest is ok.

Great stay at Phoenix Villas FLC Ha Long! The villa is spacious, clean, the private swimming pool is very beautiful, the facilities are complete like at home, the BBQ is very fun in the evening. Friendly support staff. The experience is worth 10/10. will definitely be back!
