Hue Hotels with Parking

The hotel is not in the city centre, but that's why we choose it ..... for the tranquility and the quite environment. The establishment is impeccable, we pay around HK$8xx, and have to admit this is very good value (even considering not much facilities). The restaurant team are awesome, very attentive, eagar to assist in a warm and welcoming manner. We went for breadfast daily, and from the second day, they remember our breakfast drink! The spa, much room for improvement...... considering the price, really would not expect ”smelly” bath robe (the price is around 2 to 3 times the price one pay at a spa parlour locally). During my stay, the hotel is under a planned renovation construction (we were told) - work is going on even over the weekends, that was very unfortunate. Especially we are looking for a quite hotel! I really think they should state at the booking portal and let people know! The most disappointing part is, the reception team were recommending car service to us (for our return trip to Danang). The original price quote was US$92. We booked. On the departure day, we were asked to pay, the bill was shown in VND (local currency) and I noticed there are service charge and tax applied. So I ask if the US$92 included the service charge and tax. The reception gentleman was slight agitated and say something like ”every body knows service charge and tax are applied to bills in Vietnam”. We were then checking the bill and tried to figure out if the US$92 were inclusive of the service charge and tax. While we were doing that, the reception gentleman told us, yes, the US$92 were already including the the service charge and tax. We were a bit itimidated then, and not wanting to further ruin our holiday mood, so we paid and leave. The car trip was very pleasant and the driver was very polite and attentive. When we are home, we check the bill again, and find out, we paid around US$112 for the trip. (ie, the originally quote price US$92 is not inclusive of service and tax. More so, the reception gentleman that explained the price to us, was either uncompetent or dishonest!

The accommodation was spotless, elegant, and very comfortable. The room was beautifully designed with great attention to detail, offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere after a long day of sightseeing. Everything was well-maintained, and the bed was extremely comfortable. What truly sets this hotel apart is the exceptional service and genuine hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to assist with transportation arrangements, local recommendations, and every request I had — always with a smile and sincere kindness. Their helpfulness made my trip in Hue smooth, stress-free, and truly memorable. This is my second time choosing Banyan Tree Lang Co, and once again, it confirmed it was the right decision. The service is impeccably organized: the personal butler is always reachable, responds promptly via messenger, and occasionally delights with small surprises. Very convenient. My stay coincided with Easter, and I was pleasantly surprised that they baked an excellent kulich (Easter bread) for the holiday. It's a small detail, but it leaves a lasting impression. The transfer was flawlessly arranged — an Audi Q8 arrived, and we traveled in complete comfort. The landscapes here are fantastic: a sea breeze, coastal rocks, lush greenery all around — a complete escape from the hustle and bustle. The villa is in good condition, everything works, and the bed is comfortable. Breakfasts are top-notch, with a rich and varied selection. I especially want to highlight the spa — I visited on a complimentary offer and was extremely pleased with the quality of the treatments and the ambiance. The sea is clean and pleasant for swimming. This is truly a place where you can recharge and relax without unnecessary fuss. In my opinion, the value for money is exceptional — this level of service and nature fully justifies every penny. I highly recommend it.

The hotel owner's practical approach and business acumen have allowed her to strike the perfect balance between the amenities tourists desire and the price they're willing to pay. She ensures the room and hotel are impeccably clean, with regular housekeeping, fresh linens, and delicious breakfasts. The hotel is conveniently located close to major attractions and shopping areas. The owner is attentive to guests' requests and always finds solutions to any issues that arise. It's safe to say that the hotel owner is an exemplary modern Vietnamese woman. Choosing this hotel guarantees a pleasant stay in Hue.

A wonderful resort away from the hustle and bustle. Superb service, delicious breakfast, good food at the à la carte restaurant. The sea is like an ocean, with huge waves and a beautiful, clean beach! Lovely, smiling staff and excellent service. The large swimming pool, however, is in a terrible state! Peeling tiles, mold on the edges, and some parts of the edges are completely missing tiles, probably for a long time now. There's dirt floating in the pool. My child swam underwater once and refused to swim again. Please, fix the pool! Please renew your pool, you need to close it, clean and renew it properly, and then open it to the public. Everything else is perfect. Thanks for the free bicycles!

Very clean room towels have a fresh smell and soft. It is quiet for a comfortable sleep. Staff are friendly and helpful to answer your questions. It is 5 or 10 minutes to walking street where you find many restaurants and bars. Left my laundry in the afternoon, and it was ready and folded at night. Love the place in a quiet Alley

When we got there, we welcomed so warmly by Han on the receptionist, a very good man who packed our breakfast the next morning because our flight was leaving so early. The staff was really welcoming, the rooms are clean, the pool is amazing and the food was great.

I booked a family room, which was very spacious, consisting of two connected rooms. The first room had a double bed, and the second had two single beds separated by a partition. It also had two bathrooms and a TV. The complimentary breakfast was quite good, offering choices like beef noodle soup, thick noodle soup, or omelets, along with coffee and fruit.

The hotel is in a convenient location, about a 20 minutes walk to the old city. Plenty of eateries and shops around. It's also just a 25 minutes drive to the train station (we took the scenic train to Danang). The room was ok and mostly clean, but the bed was very hard and the pillows felt like a sac of potato. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel seems to caters mainly to Chinese tour groups. They are very noisy and unruly. The breakfast area felt like a market, the bread and pastries were stale and un-edible, the bacon was hard and dry. Maybe the Asian fare was good, the continental/western fare was terrible. Would not recommend!

We booked rooms for 1 night only, but faced multiple problems. 1. They rent bikes till midnight only! But nobody told us that information. And the next day in the early morning (7.40 am) I got a message from a reception with ”if you keep bikes now we are going to charge you for one more day”. Day before I asked at reception ”should we bring bikes back before chekout” and answer was OK! So remember that you have to bring it till midnight, if you rent for 1 day only. Otherwise they tell you that you rent for more than 1 day! And probably no one is going to say you this information before. 2. I paid all the prices online, but at checkout they asked me to pay by cash... So actually it was kinda annoying, cause we waited for a taxi, but i had to explain that I already paid online. 3. So there were few little mistakes/misunderstandings. For example my friends ordered breakfast while check-in, but tomorrow morning stuff said ”you didn't order breakfast” and stuff like that. Small problems, but it was a lot of them But my room was nice, clean and with a perfect view. The area is quiet and calm, but not much food around, you have to drive/walk for it.
