It was a good experience clean and nice rooms

We rejected our first room as smoke smelling. 2nd room we couldn’t get heat down from 70. We left at 1:30 am.

This hotel is pretty conveniently located. Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. Check in was good. The lobby is small and there were "renovations" happening, but only in the form of painting the back stairways, as far as I could tell. The rooms were ok. The kitchenette was very dated and really wasn not well equipped for an extended stay. There were no pots or pans, only plates and bowls for 2 people. There was no coffee maker in the room. The continental breakfast that was called "grab and go" was little more than prepackaged muffins and such, and was very underwhelming. All that said, I had a decent stay for 1 night, but would be disappointed if i was staying more long term.

Price was cheaper than other hotels available for this weekend. Hotel lobby was similar to a local prison reception area. Receptionist clearly wanted to be anywhere but there. The room smelled so strange. Can’t even describe what it was, but it wasn’t pleasant. The bed was surprisingly comfortable, but the metal frame squeezed so terribly that I didn’t want to move. “Breakfast”. Really? You call this breakfast? A small cabinet had coffee carafes. Hot water for tea was in a coffee carafe so it was disgusting. “Food”? Right. One plastic wrapped honey bun and a few granola bars. No thanks.

Check in was just fine. The staff are all very nice and friendly. The room is decent but not overly nice. For being a potential extended stay hotel, there is no coffee maker in the room, which I found to be very inconvenient as there is a kitchenette, but nothing to cook with. I did find hair between the blanket and bed sheet. The grab and go breakfast is not great. I paid what I consider to be alot of money for what I got.

The bed in the handicap room was too low to the floor and I could not get out of the bed. I had to drag myself to the bathroom to use the handrail to lift myself up. I ended up sleeping the rest of the night in the chair.

We had been staying because of a lacrosse tournament. We came in and had to wait for someone to show up at the front desk. We kept yelling to see if anybody was around if they were just in the back office. Though the girl was very pleasant once she showed up. We got into our room, and it stunk of smoke like it had been a smoking room. I didn’t know that you could actually still smoke in a room, but I had to look online to confirm I didn’t order the wrong type of room. I had not messed up my reservation. It just was obviously been smoked in. If the hotel actually reads this, it was room 321. This place is completely no-frills. It was very clean and it did have no carpeting. The floors were more of a faux wood, but that meant it was actually clean. The bed and the pillows were very comfortable.. The lack of amenities was a bit of an issue. When we stay in a hotel, we expect to be able to shower comfortably with soap and lotion. It doesn’t have to be the best stuff but it’s better than not having anything. I had to give my daughter, my good face cream to use on her legs. The only good thing was that we didn’t spend a ton of money for the little bit of time we were there, but I will carefully read in the future to know that rooms have proper sanitary needs. Lastly, the sink in the kitchen at dripped the entire night. At one point I had to put a pillow over my head until my husband had the bright idea of just putting a towel in the sink to capture the water drops.

This hotel was nice but the refrigerator in the room didn’t work right. The freezer worked for the refrigerator and the refrigerator didn’t work at all. And the shower curtain rod was hanging loose. But other than that, we really enjoyed our stay. We weren’t really expecting a little kitchenette, so it was a bonus. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Room wreaked of smoke, enough to set off coughing. Walls are paper thin and loud partying goes on all night in rooms and hallway. At 330am, someone punched the wall about 20 times in a row. Full of long term stay lowlifes.
