We stayed at Golden Phoenix Hotel Manila for a concert at MOA Arena, and overall, it was a very pleasant stay. My mom and I enjoyed our stay in Golden Phoenix. It’s very convenient since its near MOA which has public transpo terminal. The room is very clean. The breakfast was also okay.

My assigned room was Deluxe King Room and fortunately, I was upgraded to Executive Suite! 😊 The place was so big! The check-in and check-out process was smooth. Also, the parking is for free :) Will definitely recommend this hotel for those going to MOA Arena since it's so near!

I do not recommend, there was a cokroach in my room . i asked if my room was facing the road, they said no but it was. The windows are not sound proof at all so we can hear the traffic till 1am and the construction site opposite tjay start from 7.30am. Also the AC is very noisy. It do not worth this kind of price.

I booked an Executive Suite, and it was definitely worth the price. The room was spacious with great natural light, making it comfortable for a multi-day stay. The pool and gym facilities were also well-maintained and clean. Most importantly, the front desk service was very efficient, making check-in and check-out smooth. The hotel was near malls like moa or wmall. It has a near 7 11. The only issue we had was the elevator. It was quite a bit walk to our room.

Our stay was okay overall. We had a comfortable night's sleep, and the breakfast was good. However, there are several areas that need improvement. We had to wait about 90 minutes for our son's room to be ready, which was disappointing. We also found a used soap left behind from a previous guest, suggesting that housekeeping was not thorough. The sofa appeared to need cleaning, and the bathrobes and towels looked dirty and worn, which affected our overall impression of cleanliness. Overall, the stay was acceptable, but don't expect too much. With better attention to cleanliness and room readiness, the experience could be much better.
