Very friendly helpful staff always on hand. The hotel was in a great location for my needs and the room and bathroom I was allocated was excellent.
Housekeeping kept the room and bathroom really clean during my stay,
I will stay here again.

We stayed at Il Gabbiano whilst attending a family wedding at Castillo Borgia. The location was perfect, we could walk to the castle if needs be and very near to shuttle guests. The staff at Il Gabbiano were fantastic, really friendly and helpful. The pool was great. The rooms were clean - maybe could do with a bit better shower but over all good value. The restaurant and pizzeria were excellent. We had a wonderful 5 days thanks to Gianni and his staff. Would recommend.

We stayed here for a family wedding at the nearby Borgia Castle and had a fantastic time. Giani and all of his staff went out of their way to make our stay a memorable one. The food throughout the hotel & Pizzeria was top class with excellent delicious pizzas and superb pasta. The pool was great, really big and deep enough for diving and warm considering it was only June. They were on hand to offer transfers for anyone in our party of 20 that needed lifts from airports or local railway stations. We were able to put everything onto our rooms which made it really easy for us. They had a table tennis table so we were able to organise a tournament which was a great laugh. Theres a small gym, Paddle rackets courts. An excellent choice and no complaints from any of our group. Thanks again Giani and team for looking after us all.

Loved staying at this hotel :-) It is a family run hotel... the owner is super kind and accessible. Friendly staff🌞 Delicious food at their restaurant😋 Whether you speak French, English or Dutch, there was no difficulty in communication. I recommend this place👌

Mi sono fermato qui una notte per lavoro e devo dire che c'è tutto l'essenziale. Camera grande rimodernata. Colazione regolare e personale gentile. Unica pecca le finestre davano su un muro di cemento. Bene per chi tiene finestre e tende chiuse.

In compagnia di amici, abbiamo trascorso il ponte dell'Immacolata. La struttura è un po datata ma accettabile, il personale di sala molto attento e gentile, la cucina buona, la colazione un po caotica in quanto è in funzione una sola macchina per cappuccini, caffè e latte... si creano colli di bottiglia e file abbastanza lunghe.. le torte e crostate fatte artigianalmente molto buone... posizione ottima, parcheggio gratuito, stanze essenziali... da segnalare l'acidità della signora che ha effettuato il check in.. Per qualche giorno è consigliato

Hotel grazioso e personale gentile e disponibile. Il ristorante è stato buonissimo e la colazione con prodotti artigianali e fatti in casa altrettanto! Siamo rimasti molto contenti… quando ci sarà l occasione ci torneremo volentieri!

Di passaggio in moto e pernottato una sola notte, camera ben posizionata verso il lago e abbastanza silenziosa. Villaggio attorniato da ulivi. Ottima accoglienza da parte di tutto lo staff. Ottima pure la cucina della pizzeria!

La struttura è interessante ma trasandata sotto molteplici aspetti, peccato, la.nostra camera mostrava ahimè di aver visto tempi migliori. Intonaco scrostato, pareti macchiate da infiltrazioni, antenna TV non regolata, illuminazione insufficiente, e tanto altro...
