I have been to Thailand several times and this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in in Pattaya. And the service attitude was super excessive. When the room was opened to me on the first day, I opened the quilt: Picture 1 (there were still things left from sex on it), and then the slippers: Picture 2 (so dirty that they were moldy), and I asked the front desk Then they moved me to a room (no toiletries, and the room had a strong smell). Because I booked a room for 3 days and asked for a refund for 2 days, they refused to refund me because the manager was not available. I was in a foreign country and didn’t. The only option was to endure it. When I left the hotel at noon, I asked the front desk to arrange cleaning. When I went back in the evening: Picture 3 and Picture 4. I asked the front desk and they said that the cleaning staff was off duty. I had no choice but to endure it. On the third day Pretending to make my bed, it was really fucking disgusting. The hotel room is very small and the space is small. The key is that the smell is very strong. There are bars around the hotel. Don't even think about going to bed before 3 o'clock in the evening. The environment is dirty and messy. If you tell a lie, you are not a human being. I hope that friends who read the comments will not step on the trap again!

The hotel is upstairs in a rare bar in Pattaya, very quiet. The rooftop terrace can see Pattaya Jomtien Beach. The location is excellent, but maybe the hotel is new, and many people who take a taxi don't know it. It is necessary to set the streets around the hotel as the terminal location.

The staff are very friendly and the facilities are good.

Transportation is very convenient, eating is also very convenient, the room is a bit small, there are no other problems.

A hotel that few people know about. The first floor is a bar, but it's very quiet. It's clean. The bed is also very comfortable. Overall, I'm very satisfied, btw the staff is also very friendly

Its right by the beach and next to the bars. The hotel itself has a full bar and great food. There is a nice Jacuzzi and bar on the roof. Definitely try their laab moo and frozen piña coladas. The staff and owner are really friendly and made my stay here very enjoyable. I had never stayed here before, but I am definitely staying here during my next visit to Pattaya.

There is no swimming pool at all and rooms with city view are not suitable for travel

This property is a hidden gem, close to everything you expect in Thailand, the rooms are clean and beautiful and the TV is the biggest ive seen in any hotel. But what will make me come back is the staff. They are the heart of this hotel and made me feel welcome from the moment I walled in. Helpful, attentive, resourceful, knowledgeable, and most of all caring. They even saved me from missing my flight. When i return this is the place I will book. The restaurant fine dining is also exceptional and the was delicious. The bartender is a mixologist and can create some of the most sophisticated drinks you will find anywhere in Thailand.
