Very nice hotel. Clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are cute and comfortable. The rooms even have a mini fridge which is fairly rare to see in China! Decent breakfast. Delicious noodle place just downstairs.

This hotel absolutely redefined my understanding of luxury service! From the moment I checked in, Linda at the front desk greeted me by my surname, which made me feel incredibly valued. My upgraded suite boasted 270-degree panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows, and waking up each morning feeling like I was in the clouds was simply breathtaking. Every detail was delightful: from the handwritten goodnight card with a chocolate during turndown service to the thoughtfully arranged aromatherapy candles by the bathtub. The special welcome dessert crafted by the chef at the Chinese restaurant was an exquisite culinary treat for my taste buds. A two-week business trip felt significantly less tiring thanks to staying at such an exceptional hotel.

I booked this hotel for some out-of-town friends. Its proximity to Xujiahui was a major plus, making it super convenient for us to dine in the area. Plus, it's not too far from Shanghai's iconic landmarks. There's even a lively barbecue spot right downstairs, which has a great local vibe. We were very happy with both the hotel's ambiance and the rooms.

My first stay at the Orange Hotel left a great impression. The room was spotless, and the front desk staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. To top it off, they even granted us a late check-out! I'll definitely be staying here again.

It was decent. The cleanliness was quite good. The front desk service could be a bit more attentive, but there were no other complaints. The entrance is quite small, and there's only one elevator. All things considered, it's pretty good.

The room was well-appointed, comfortable, cozy, spotlessly clean, and bright! My friends also loved it! I will definitely stay here again on my next visit! Five stars!

The room was clean and tidy. Despite being a bit of a walk from both subway stations, getting around was still quite convenient.

We are very happy to stay at Orange hotel. It is very cool place, super clean and staff is sooo helpful and polite. Breakfast is delicious with many options. I recommend this hotel. P. S. Only one thing which is annoying is elevator. There is only one elevator and sometimes takes time if you want to go to restaurant on second floor. Not big deal but annoying.

I had a great time at this hotel. It had everything I could possibly need. The staff was also bery helpful, altough not english speaking, but we understood eachother. There are lots of places to eat and little shops nearby. Two metro stations are quickly reachable.

We had a great time over our seven nights stay. The staff of the front desk (especially Xiao Li) was very nice and helpful to answer all our needs and requests. The room was very clean and the breakfast was very rich, diversified and tasty. We will definitely come back and advise our friends and family to stay here. It was our first time in China and we were feeling like home thanks to all the members of the Orange hotel. We do appreciate! See you soon.

The hotel staff is very friendly, they didn't speak English but they support us as much as possible. The hotel had gym and laundry room, which was very nice. We had the breakfast that was a great offer, but we always see these small robots running with food.
