Stayed here many times, normally take an upgraded room but booked late and they were very expensive so took a great deal on a standard room which was better in many ways than the upgraded room. Service as usual was great and fewer people than usual meant not the big groups of men you normally get here which can be a nuisance. Probably because of Ramadan. Altogether a great stay. Recommended nearby restaurant and bar Sailor bar, turn left out of hotel and about 75 metres on right. Inexpensive and good food and drink

Having been to Thailand several times, I decided to visit Pattaya. I booked this hotel and ended up extending because it was in the perfect location. Close to everything. I walked everywhere. Had the best time ever. So much going on. It’s not a Posh place, but the price is right. The staff was exceptional in everything—cleaning, front desk, bell man, security guard, breakfast cooker. I interacted with probably 15 different staff members in 3 days and they were awesome! I will repeat this trip every year.

All the staff here are amazing, very kind and respectful. Rooms are nice and clean. The only feedback il provide is wish the breakfast was better or had better options I do love the egg station but otherwise its great hotel

Negatives Premium room is dated and in a poor condition- l asked if they were all similar and the receptionist said yes. The shower hose leaked everywhere it require three new washers. You have to ask to have the room cleaned and then chase them up again. Huge bang on the door at 05:40 in the morning like some one was breaking in a bit scary. I reported this . I would not recommend the hotel as at 3,100 baht a night it is expensive. Positives The stay was only two nights and l moved on to Discovery Beachhotel

I have stayed at this hotel several times now - always a good experience. This time I would have preferred a posher room but they were all fully booked. Room I had was adequate. Not posh, not luxurious but good value for money. Breakfast here is brilliant. Station for eggs, bacon, pancakes then also great thai curries and also Indian curries too. Combined with a choice of bread a fresh fruits, breakfast is a very good deal indeed.

I had a fantastic stay at Sunshine Hotel and Residence! From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and eager to assist with anything I needed. The hotel’s location is perfect. Breakfast was delicious and varied, catering to different tastes, and the service throughout my stay was attentive and professional. The only minor drawback was occasional noise from the surrounding nightlife, but it didn’t take away from the overall experience.

my stay at Shunshine Hotel & Residential was very good for me, I have stayed at this Hotel about 15 times over the years so I am very happy with my stay the only thing wrong is there is not a good variety for earopean geasts. I you are from India it is Great, but I still Enjoy my stay at Shunshine.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel it had everything we needed the staff were very helpful and friendly and we would go back again next time we are in Thailand and thank you for everything

Worth to stay in this hotel due to location, price, friendly staff and good vibes. There are 3 swimming pools so no crowding experience.

No shows on TV unless you have a streaming account. You allowed the price to drop for a room the same day I booked a sea view. I had to argue to get the new advertised price.
