It's nice and clean. Not too far but far enough to be quiet in the hotel from the parties. Located across from Royal Garden Plaza and has a proper massage establishment.

Location is right at 2nd road, so very easy to o around to Central Festival or Terminal 21, also very close to walking street, around 10 mins by walking.
It's clean and spacious, not much of extra facility but that's ok for the price asked for.
The one thing that can make it better is to deal with the noise; the noise from outside, the guest and the cleaning team.
