Good location but old building. Room was good though very basic room. My room had a window toward a garden. Jomtien Beach was very close, restaurants were around. Staffs were friendly. Combative neat and clean room.

Nice 3 star hotel Basic but clean Went in December for 2 weeks Had a wonderful 2 weeks there rooms cleaned everyday fresh towels everyday Room cleaned to a high standard nothing was to much trouble And for 13 pounds a night good value for money Think people pay 13 pounds a night and expect the Hilton hotel It's not going to happen Like I say it's a nice 3 start hotel nice staff Rooms cleaned everyday and free air con Cant understand why people just moan all the time For them that moan there's lots of 5 stars hotels on the beach front stay there and pay the 90 pounds a night instead of 14

Neo Hotel Pattaya Yikes, that was a mistake. Roaches, no television reception, no wifi., dirty facility, very poor security, literally the door could be shaken open. Air Con. Did not work and staff was in poor attitude. Location was in ok spot, value was actually not worth all the negatives. Not worth the stay, would not return for any condition.

Небезопасный старый обшарпанный отель. Старые номера, белье чистое, изредка пятна. Окно не закрывается на щеколду. вода в душе холодная, проточный нагреватель ее не греет. Вай-фай на 2 этаже очень слабый. В номере повсюду муравьи. Завтраки и бассейн в соседнем Джомтьен Плаза. В отеле у нас пропали деньги, лежавшие в чемодане. При обнаружении пропажи обратились на ресепшен, где нам сказали что раз деньги лежали не в сейфе и нас не было в номере (до 5 утра) - это наша вина. На просьбу посмотреть камеру с этажа нам посоветовали обратиться в полицию, туристическая полиция находится неподалеку, но оба офиса джомтьена 12.11.23 оказались закрытыми. После звонка на линию 1155 в конце дня удалось все таки подать заявление. От менеджера отеля ноль реакции, помощи, извинений. В правилах в номере написано о компенсации до 5 тысяч бат при пропаже вещей, но на деле менеджер просто обвинил нас в халатности. При посещении полицией отеля 13.11.23 выяснилось что камеры на этаже и в лифте не работают, но отель это своей виной не счел. Хамский менеджер. Пропажа денег, общение с полицией и менеджментом отеля испортило все впечатление.

Hotel 4*... prix d'une nuit environ 700 thb. Il faut pas rêver. Correct pour le prix. Personnel sympathique et serviable. Piscine dans un autre hôtel, la place est à 200 m.

Отдыхали в 2016 было свадебное путешествие, отель без территории, во дворе небольшой бассейн с холодной водой, по размерам 5 на 10 метров, пара лежаков, очень жесткие матрасы. В 2016 году вполне прилично выглядел, хорошие разнообразные завтраки, вид из окон номера на соседний нежилой гестхаус с разбитыми окнами. В целом нас устроил потому что очень удобное расположение. В этот раз отдыхали в 2022 в декабре с двумя детьми. Отель в очень плачевном состоянии, все очень сильно обветшало, видно что в период пандемии он был закрыт и после открытия его не реставрировали, местами даже не помыли. Покупали сами химию чтобы помыть душевую так как дети. Завтраки перестали делать в этом отеле, выписывают ваучер и надо пройти метров 50 до другого отеля там подают завтраки, все 11 дней было все одно и то же, два яйца глазунья, 2 сосиски, горстка салата, чай кофе. арбуз, сами тосты делали, это все. Расположение и цена это единственный плюс данного отеля, нет мест отдыха, нет столика посидеть кофе выпить балконов нет, да и если бы они были вид на соседнее здание с разбитыми окнами не впечетляет.

浴室不錯，酒店外有很好的水果市場。不過沒有陽台，工作人員不太給力。wifi按日付錢。有燒水壺但是沒有咖啡，有電視但是沒有信號。如果你不是一個退休的老人想要在這被一個泰國年輕人騙的話就不必自找麻煩了。這個地方到處都是老人，尤其是俄國人，他們好像要把這裏變成一個養老退休村了。
