Overall I had a good stay at Mood Hotel Pattaya. The best part is definitely the location—just a short walk to the beach and close to attractions. Easy access to convenience stores, food, and transportation. The hotel decoration looks nice too with all the smiley faces. My room was a bit small but fine for one person. The only downsides were the view, which faced an inside courtyard and felt a bit dark, and some ant issues. I left a couple of pastries out, and they were completely covered by ants in no time! Just a tip: keep your food in the fridge to avoid that!

The hotel has a dark interior upon entering, outside there is a bright garden, creating a contrast. Great hotel lobby I’d say. They gave is some kind of ginger drink before we entered our room, which was refreshing. The room was fine, I guess. A basic hotel room that you can expect. One thing to mention is that the toilet clogs a lot so don’t put tissue paper inside. Overall it was your average good hotel.

I can't believe it that this is the cheapest hotel in pattaya in the best location. The staff is so nice and friendly. The air-conditioned is good. I love everything here. I'll be back again. I love that there's soap in the bathroom, hair dryer, soft bed and clean.

For the price, the location is excellent — very close to the beach, and there’s a 7-Eleven right under the hotel. Everything was good except that the room had some cockroaches, and they charged extra for additional pillows, which I didn’t like.

We loved our stay! We were upgraded for free to a sea-view room on the 12th floor. The morning buffet was fantastic — our child especially enjoyed the donuts and waffles. The room was not large, but everything was thoughtfully designed and of high quality. Everything felt new and fresh. Highly recommended!

Of course, i wouldn’t expect anything than my previous mercure experience but still a little disappointed.
For hotel condition, you can imagine these factors
1. Mercure standard
2. Water park which people walk in wet
3. Pet friendly
4. Light color carpet
Looks a little dirty especially hallway.
The elevator is under maintenance since July 18th and no sign for completion at the date of August 11th. This is a little inconvenient as 1 guest elevator is definitely not enough (full one will not stop and our family experience this a few times)
The room on the other hand slightly better than the hallway. The front seems to be more useful than it usually is. I pay for extra bed and let them know that i will go to swimming pool. They said they would set the bed up ready when we are back and of course they did not. I went down pick up my delivery food the front ask me if i need the spoon. The request is at least half hour before the spoon sent to my room.
Only two plus i would give are
1. considerably walkable to beach and shopping mall. 7-11 is in front of the hotel.
2. My children love the water park (it’s a bit smaller than it looks in the photo tho)
All in all, if you are looking for an affordable room with ok location and fun water park for your children not perfectly brand new clean with not very much service this is the hotel for you.

I had an amazing stay at Holiday inn. The room was spotless and spacious.
The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help.
The location was perfect — close to major attractions , restaurants and bars.
Kids club is a plus, my kid spent all day there.
The breakfast selection was not as varied as in other hotels I have stayed at, but overall it was not bad.
I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The hotel is situated right on the beach without any roads obstructing the view, unlike other hotels. There are multiple swimming pools to choose from, catering to different preferences. The hotel lobby offers a spacious and relaxing atmosphere. However, it's worth noting that the rooms and facilities feel somewhat dated. The hallways are safe but have a classic old-school vibe.
Breakfast offers a wide variety of options, allowing guests to choose according to their preferences. Although the food is delicious and there are many selections, the busy atmosphere during peak times can be overwhelming due to the large number of guests at the hotel. Those using the service may have to wait in line or look for an available seat at times. It’s recommended to go for breakfast during less crowded hours to enjoy the meal more comfortably!
If you decide to stay here, I highly recommend choosing a room with a sea view, as it adds great value to your experience. I wouldn't recommend the rooms on the other side that don’t face the ocean, as they tend to feel less worthwhile.

We stayed in the Amari suite for 4 nights. The kids loved the pool, breakfast at Prego was amazing, staff were nice and hotel was clean. Amari is located at the start of the Pattaya beach road, very close to Terminal 21 and easy to get on the tuk tuk. We will stay again at the Amari.

The hotel is located in a very good location near the shopping mall terminal 21, the hotel has a spacious parking lot.
The room is clean the room space is enough for two people but a little bit old.
The amenity kits is limited only shampoo, soap, and hair cover.
The sandwich was great meter stand out as well as the breakfast not variable but OK

CChaojiwudidexiaonvhaiThe room is clean. We live in an apartment, so there is no sign and we can't find the entrance. We can call the service staff to pick us up. English is required👌. If there are 4 people traveling together, we need to communicate with the customer service online to live in the same building and on the same floor. There is a kitchen with a refrigerator, so you can cook. It only takes 3 minutes to walk to the beach. It only takes 20 minutes to walk to the pedestrian street. Massage nearby is a little cheaper than the pedestrian street.

CChelsea RobPattaya is a fun place to visit especially with friends.
The bar drinks are not expensive beer costs from about 60 baht and decent food can cost 100 baht.
This hotel is well located and affordable and very good.
Don’t spend money on the ladies even when they beg you for drinks and you can have an inexpensive enjoyable time in a beach resort.

TtalEverything was except a few things
1. The breakfast is so sweet, no matter what you eat, not only desserts, but even eggs, bread, butter, and other food.
The coffee that I ordered a few times and mentioned that I want very little bit sugar was so sweet (tastes like 5 teaspoons of sugar).
2. I received the room with dirty sheets, I didn't ask for immediate replacement but slept that night on the dirty.
When I left the paper that tells the housekeeper to change bed sheets, they just put the paper back on the table and kept that dirty sheets on the bed.
The next day I did the same with 100 baht bill as a tip, and then they changed it ;)
Overall it was good value for the price. I will probably return.

DDamian BorsiakAmazing central location next to all adult entertainment industry. Good for backpackers I think couples also but not families, a lot of single guys inside. Literally in front of the beach, great views. Staff is friendly and professional. I really liked capsules, enough space, might be a bit cold only sometimes due to central air conditioning but blanket does the job.

GGuest UserNot provide daily used items like dental kit, bathroom slippers also not hand wash in bathroom then contact with reception they told use body wash for cleaning hands. Towel they provide that are too much old so over all experience is pathetic and never want to visit this again.

You can see the sea view, the waiters are very enthusiastic, the room has a small balcony to hang clothes and sunbathe, there is a swimming pool, the overall feeling is very good. The only drawback is that the room does not have a safe. This is the only hotel I have stayed in that does not have a safe. Valuables cannot be protected. I strongly recommend that the business provide a small safe in each room. The cost is not high, but customers really need it, especially in this place on the pedestrian street. If there is a safe, I believe more and more customers will choose this hotel.

SSu_SanIt is not a seaview. I couldn’t find the sea at all. but The house layout is nice. TV wasn’t working. The stove seems not working too when tried to use, mannual written on the stove is useless. The host is uncontactable except for check out. Location wise is quite okay.
