During check out, they automatically add on 1 euro to stay, some charity program they claimed that will help poor starving kids. Is not about the $, but I hate it when people feel entitled that we should we donating this $ with the hotel taking all the credits. Is not a big amount as our normal restaurants meals in Cyprus, we typically tip 5-10 euros. But the fact that they add this amount into your bill before u agreeing to it, pissed me off Bad service, lousy quality and service attitude for a 5 star hotel Should have just top up 100-150usd to stay in four seasons Hotel Reception attitude is the worst! I

One of the best stays i had! Nikki, Panagiotis and Ivars are exceptional, always happy to help and assist in any inquiry. We had a wedding, the team of the hotel was ready to help everyone, happy and smiley staff! Will recommend it to everyone!

Stayed with my wife and two young children in an inland family room. The stay was brilliant. The hotel is well looked after with plenty of eating options, and it is always nice when there are outdoor seats in the various restaurants (we have stayed at plenty of hotels in the sun that have not had this. Who wants to sit inside when the Sun is shining and there are beautiful views to enjoy???). Staying in May, not all the restaurants are open every day. So be sure to look at the timetable early in your stay and make your reservations for the days that they are open to avoid disappointment. The hotel is a little way out of Limassol, but if you have a hire car or hire the hotels bicycles it is only a short trip into town. Taxis and bus service are also freely available. And the benefit of being further out is that the hotel enjoys quite extensive grounds and is of course quieter without a noisy road outside which hotels closer to town have. The inland family room is very large with bunkbeds for the children which they enjoyed. And it has clearly been made over in the last few years. It’s fair to say that there are other five star hotels in the area that will be more luxurious, but at the same time those hotels required you to pay an awful lot more money for your stay. For what we paid, this was a good quality five star hotel that we thoroughly enjoyed staying at. Nice pool areas (One pool is called the executive pool and has a short slide for children.) We were not in an executive room but no one seemed to be bothered that we were able to use it which was nice. Telling children they can’t use a slide because we haven’t paid enough for a room is an unnecessary complication for a holiday 😁 The captains bar terrace was lovely with great views, and due to its three levels it was easy to get a seat and table where you could enjoy those views. Lovely extensive grounds which are well looked after, with plenty of sunbeds so you can lie and have a quiet time away from this slightly busier pool areas was a nice feature, and they lead down to a large beach which has lovely sand and plenty of sunbeds provided by the hotel. But by far the best part of this hotel was the staff. From reception to the baggage staff to the bar staff to the restaurant staff, all staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and welcoming. We felt very much at home and looked after in this hotel and enjoyed it very much. We’d very happily stay here again in the future.

Stayed in the Hotel from May 12-18, 2024 , working nearly all day in the hotel's business rooms and center for the 15th Cyprus Wine Competation. We had some unforeseen problems with the kitchen smells in those rooms, which should never appear because for wine tasting it is very bad. The technical support personnal was quick and helpful to find solutions and to avoid too long negative influence. We had lunch every day in the large restaurant, where breakfast is served as well. The waiters and waitresses are all very kind, gentle, friendly, supportive, and looked after us in a perfect way (especially I like to thank Petra (RO), Jacqueline (GB), Michael (CY), who have been very alert and helpful). The menu choice/ alternatives to eat is excellent at breakfast, lunch and dinner (1x in this week on Thursday in the better restaurant). The in-between-coffee-breaks with snacks in the business room area have been very well arranged, too. My room (#427) was always clean and therefore I have no complaints. Michael was serving us all 4 days with the wines for the competition and did a perfect, quiet job with high degree of attention - thanks for that! I can recommend this hotel to everybody and all employees are very well trained and helpful. Thank you very much!!

Another fantastic stay at the St. Raphael Limassol. From the moment of our arrival we were met by the General Manager Mr Kilanis and his senior members of staff. Remembering us from previous visits means we feel at home. It's not like other hotels where the senior management hide from their clients, and throughout our stay we encountered genuine concern that everything was as we liked; and it was. The Golden Monkey Thai Restaurant is a must, not only for the food but the atmosphere. The breakfast buffet was plentiful, varied and fresh. As we visit regularly we assume the service from all members of staff, Andy, Sasha and Mr Kilanis might plateau, however on each visit our expectations are exceeded. We have stayed at other hotels in Limassol but none combine the quality of food, service and comfort like our home from home, St. Raphael. Well done and thank you.

We came to st raphael resort to attend the MSPA Europe conference. The hotel stay was good and the team is super helpful and supportive. Zoe and Procopis were very professional, friendly, always wearing a smile, and went the extra mile to ensure our stay is a pleasant one. Thank you and keep up the good work

This hotel ticks all the boxes. Great location, excellent breakfast buffet. 2 large outdoor pools, 1 indoor and access to a very good beach with plenty of beach beds which are not all jammed together. 2 good restaurants within walking distance. We had Marina view rooms with huge balcony. Glad we stayed here rather than in Limassol which is very built-up. However you can catch a bus to Limassol which takes about 40 minutes, runs every 15 minutes and costs €1.50 pp! Lovely beach side promenade which goes on for miles.
