Pengzhou Luye Castle Hotel

Very nice hotel! Clean and tidy with attentive service. The location is excellent, and you can have a panoramic view of the invincible scenery of Bailu Music Town. The breakfast is also great, the red soup dandan noodles are delicious!

Hygiene: average, there is hair on the countertop Environment: The hotel is located in a better location, halfway up the mountain. I originally came to see the panoramic view of Bailu, but there were no lights on in Bailu Town at night, so there was no night view at all. Service: On the day of check-in, there was no one else except us. I asked the front desk to move to a location with a better view, but they didn't change it. The room is equipped with 2 bottles of water, and no more will be given. Star hotel prices, express hotel services and rooms. Image: Employees do not wear employee uniforms, and there is no corporate image at all. The lights in the lobby are also reluctant to turn on Breakfast: It was originally a buffet. In the morning, the employee said that you only have a room. There was no preparation, only noodles. I was also drunk. Is this what a hotel should have? ? The small table next to the bed is simply ugly (farmhouse style) and doesn’t match the style of the hotel or room at all. 房間設計感十足，顏色搭配確實有種城堡的感覺，個人覺得床墊有點硬，僅是我自己的喜好，我老公覺得還行。唯一有點不好感受就是開車到酒店的路上，有兩個非常急的彎道，連輪胎都在地上擦起印痕了

🚗 交通：就在白鹿小鎮旁邊 很方便 上酒店要開一個比較陡的坡坡 這裏要小小注意一下 🧹衞生：還是很乾凈整潔的 因為在小山坡上 生態環境不錯 經常有各種飛蟲 但是打掃的很好 🍃環境：是我很喜歡的風格 精緻洋氣 裝修的很好 咖啡廳值得去坐一下 🔔服務：不錯 基本上都很禮貌耐心 吃早餐的服務大姐尤其熱情到位 建議：這麼好的酒店 我感覺宣傳力度可以加大點 説實話這家設施裝修真的都很棒 就是感覺宣傳軟包裝沒跟上 好像人氣不太高的樣子……另外空調好像不是很給力 房間隔音有點差 希望可以完善一下。

在白鹿小鎮入口半山坡上，所以房間內就能看見小鎮全景和夜景，周圍都是山，夏天大概會比較涼爽，清明節下雨有點冷，但房間內地暖是獨立控制的電暖類型，開了後升温也比較快，有地暖這點對於用慣暖氣的同學來説簡直太愛了。

環境非常好，房間又大又乾淨是。 早餐也比較豐富，在陽台上吃早餐，巴適得板

設施一般，地板嘎嘎的響，五百多的房間，床墊居然彈簧咯背。

期間出現了一些小插曲，但是還是及時處理了，服務還行吧，前台的服務人員態度很好，出了問題也還是比較積極給出解決方案，但是沒自己想象的那麼好，可能是淡季，入住的人也不是很多！看風景確實挺不錯！
