This hotel was excellent! It has all the bells and whistles. If I had to find a negative, it was that you have to pay $15/day for parking.

I really enjoyed my stay but there are a couple of things that can be worked on....1st breakfast it wasn't that good eggs tasted like powder and the gravy made my belly hurt...fix that and it be great...2nd i highly recommend getting a hot tub if you was to get that it would blow my hair back...i really enjoyed my stay there and ill keep coming to stay just fix them 2 things and i would give you a 5 star

I have no complaints, only positive. I traveled alone with 2 toddlers and found this hotel wonderfully clean for crawling child to explore (most midline hotels are not in my opinion), the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, and I felt very safe here. If I could change a thing, I'd say start breakfast at 6 am- we left too early for it.

This was a very average hotel. Multiple things were broken around the hotel (one of the elevators, an automatic door, etc.). Our room appeared clean, but there were numerous hairs throughout the bathroom and in the towels that weren’t ours. There was also mold in the shower. Since this was a winter stay, the hotel was only moderately busy, however, there was constant slamming of doors, dogs barking, and we could hear every word of conversations happening in the hallway. We only stayed for one night, so it met our needs, but I likely wouldn’t book here again.

My family had a great two night stay. Although I will say that I booked this hotel specifically for the heated pool (we have a 10 year old) and, unfortunately, were extremely disappointed because the “heat” was nonexistent. Hampton definitely needs to invest in a better way to keep the pool heated if it’s going to be advertised upon booking. We were given the option to go next door to the Hilton and use their indoor pool, but then we would have had to walk in the cold (40s) back to the Hampton. Other than this bummer for our kiddo, the hotel was great.

We first got there and they had given us a handicap room on the first floor when I had requested a balcony room viewing the gulf, no big deal until I saw the room status, hair all in the bed, brown marks on towels, sand in the bed, and a general musty aroma to the room. I requested a different room and was happy to be assisted but I should have received the room I booked from the start.

At 12.30 pm in the night hotel staff gave room where bathroom doesn't look. Staff changed the room bathroom door has holes in it. Water is barely hot for shower.
