Stayed for 2 nights. Location is great but just that hiccups over hawker stalls after 5pm which left with 1 way route.
Night full of hawker foods and generally doesn’t taste good with $$ we spent, mostly close by 11pm. Need to walk at least 500m for other F&B places.
Room - spacious with very basic facilities. Room slipper terribly thin & torn. Toilet wash basin clogged. Hot shower was okay. Insufficient of facial tissues and toiletries supply.
Cleanliness is okay. Acceptable just that carpet kinda dusty and old. Pillows weren’t good as expected.
Overall still acceptable.

Overall we slept well and enjoyed the overall decor & comfort. Wifi strength was good even though on bad weather day. We were pleasantly surprised by how well run and maintained the hotel was, and we love the free parking provided in the hotel.

The customer service is excellent. The staffs are helpful and friendly. The location of hotel is good as you can get anything just outside the hotel. We will book again at this hotel in the next trip to Penang.

The best hotel in the town & my family like it. The room is huge, clean & has a good odour smell. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Will repeat my stay again when I come for holiday.

The lovely hotel located in the centre of the town, with big lobby and seating while you waiting for your friends or transport.Free wifi connections around the property. A night market just along the road near the hotel. The hotel is clean with all the necessary amenities.

Overall is good
Convenient to get local food just a walking distance I
Can get the local hawker food in the evening till late night ..must try the local char kuey teow is nice but is long queue
In the opposition of the hotel there's a cafe to enjoy a drink with a live band .
