Hotel located in the town centre with eateries and supermarket nearby. Breakfast selection is standard, match with Ibis’ standard.

New staff, great stopover. No extravagant bond complications, unlike other places that store your money online, elsewhere. Doing God knows what for 3 weeks. Ease of check in/out because of that process. Good food, reasonably priced pints.

Location is good It's an expensive place, so the room isn't bad for the price. The bathroom is too small, and the water pressure in the shower is very weak. The staff is friendly.

Before departure, I felt uncomfortable and had a night flight. I asked Ctrip customer service to ask the hotel for early check-in. The hotel replied that it would be fine if a room was available. We arrived at the hotel after a night flight at 7:30 in the morning and asked to check in. We were refused and told that the room was not made up. We could only wait and told the front desk that we were waiting in the lobby. We were the first to arrive and were waiting. We asked the hotel every hour and were told No good. Wait until 12pm. The front desk ignored our long wait and informed the foreign customers who came later that they could check in. It's so irritating. It's basically discriminatory against Asians. The hotel room is small, not ventilated and smells bad. There is no ventilation in the toilet. Please don't stay in this hotel in the future. It's so annoying.

The location is excellent, very close to sightseeing, bars and supermarkets. It is located in the CBD of Perth city center and has convenient transportation. There is a free bus next to the hotel. The breakfast is good and the waiters are very friendly.

The hotel was conveniently located for the purposes of my trip to Perth. The breakfast buffet was OK. The housekeeping was sub-par -- the room was not vacuumed properly and the desk was never dusted or crumbs removed from the desk and I had to ask for the shower gel to be refilled :(

This hotel has a good location. Although the room is a bit small, it is a perfect fit for a 3-star hotel. I like that the staff are very friendly.
