We only stayed one night in Perth before heading for Busselton but it was one very comfortable evening and lovely morning :)
The place is easy to find, park and restaurants are close by.
Millie the lovely pup made the stay even more worth it ^^

Stayed at Durham Lodge for 4 nights. Very happy with the accommodation. Premise is well maintained as if just renovated. Very clean room and bathroom. Free secured car park. Thank you to host Maurice for taking the trouble to chat with us every morning. Appreciate your hospitality. Highly recommend while you are in Perth.

Not an AirBnB. It's what we used to have - Bed & Breakfast. A switched-on host, large and comfortable room & ensuite, and located near enough to the city, airport and freeways. Communal lounge, car parks for mid-sized vehicles and great communication and check-in, ticks all the boxes.

Everything was good. There were three downfalls.
One being no milk, it is the first b&b we have stayed at with no milk. Maurice did say he would bring some, unfortunately I think he forgot. There was tea and coffee in the room.
The second downfall was the biscuits were stale.
The third was at breakfast only white bread was put out. We have not eaten white bread for years.
Breakfast was a little disappointing. I was actually expecting more.

The beautiful high ceilings in this property with chandeliers are absolutely gorgeous. This coupled with the modern bathrooms, comfortable and clean beds and amenities make this bed & breakfast a beautiful place to stay. The staff are absolutely incredible and could not be more welcoming and friendly. Thank you so much for our great stay!

Beautifully appointed clean room with modern en-suite facilities. Spacious common room for relaxation and continental breakfast. Maurice is an engaging and hospitable host. The premises are very secure. The Victoria Park restaurant ***** is nearby as is public transport to the city. Would highly recommend.

Place was bright ,clean and with ample parking and well secured. Room was spacious and clean with all amenities. Bathroom very clean with clean towels and all items required for use. Toilet very clean. Good Wi-Fi access. TV available but we did not bother to turn it on. Breakfast was included . Common breakfast area spacious and clean. A variety of oats ,cereals ,biscuits, bread available with jams. honey and butter. Fruits like blue berry, strawberry and banana are provided. A variety of beverages are available. Host Maurice is friendly and helpful. By the way Maurice is a one man show and does everything himself. You have absolute privacy and atmosphere is quiet and peaceful. BNB is walking distance to many restaurants with international cuisines, bars and cafes and Woolworth's supermarket. With car it takes less than 8 mins drive.

A lovely B&B in a great spot, tucked away from the main road, a stroll to Vic Park cafe ***** and short drive to Burswood, the city and surrounds. With beautiful and clean interior, this place has charm, is spacious and comfortable, all you want for a short stay. Friendly, easy-going host.
