Small and quaint accommodation establishment located right outside Perugia, in a quiet setting with beautiful surroundings and views. Breakfast was very good and staff were very nice and helpful. The only drawback is that since it is an old building, there is no lift. For the rest, I would definitely recommend for those staying at Perugia.

We were three couples stayed their one night, the place is located close to the main street, with lots of steps to your room, we stayed at the ground level these rooms seem to have some remodeling took place which you have to go down from the main entrance, one couple took the junior suite, which was one level above whereas the third couple took the apartment two to three level up, (make sure you bring small size luggage as there is no lift), the other two rooms need some renovation for sure, the place overlooks a great view, and has a comfortable seating outside area for drinking and smoking, we tried their restaurant and I am telling you we had a fantastic meal, we were so surprised that this place has a very tasty Italian cuisine Waow, their breakfast is also good, the people over there were very nice and cordial, we recommend this place if you do not mind the steps

Beautiful location a stone's throw from Perugia Excellent welcome There are 4 of us and they reserve us a very nice mini apartment with kitchen. Excellent breakfast with different options for all tastes. Unfortunately the restaurant / breakfast room is small and the restaurant only works in the summer, taking advantage of the splendid outdoor location with verandas and tables overlooking the pool Recommended 👍

Disappointing. Photos do not match what was found. Suri room small, with cheap furniture. Hot tub practically non-functional (no pressure). Not particularly reserved, being in the dialect through which anyone who arrives passes

A few kilometers from the center is this little corner of paradise. Very well-kept and welcoming location, suitable for spending relaxing days. In addition, the restaurant is also to be commended, tagliatelle with truffles and tagliata very well prepared.

What can I say ... excellent location, a stone's throw from Perugia and Ponte San Giovanni, clean structure, very nice, comfortable and clean apartment, you can eat in the structure because there is a restaurant (we did not use it, we preferred to eat around x Umbria), a beautiful swimming pool with a wonderful view and a small bar for quick aperitifs ... kind staff ... the only flaw, the pool is a bit too crowded ...

Excellent place to spend time in peace in a truly suggestive location, both during the day and in the evening. The rooms are also very clean and spacious, the food was delicious, we had full board. I would also say excellent value for money. Too bad we live far away

Spacious and clean apartment. Nice garden with swimming pool. Quiet location in the countryside but at the same time convenient for reaching Perugia and Assisi. Breakfast limited in choice, but still sweet and savory, with good quality products and homemade cakes. Very kind staff. Certainly a few touches of renovation of the interior would not hurt, but overall all very positive.
