"The room has no air conditioner, we turned on the fan to breathe for five nights. The carpet was very dirty. Lack of shampoo, body wash, hand wash & lotion. All of them were not ready when we stayed in. Some of the items were empty. I couldn't agree that is a 4-star hotel. Except for those negative comments, the staff were very kind and helpful, we are a family with two little kids, and preferred to change a room with a bathtub. Staff arranged for us to change rooms on the next day. I do appreciate their kind help. The location of the hotel is very convenient. Close to supermarket and Metro. If the hotel improves the room cleanliness and the air conditioner works normally. I will come back to stay again."
