The hotel room was beautiful. The hotel had a private beach which unfortunately had litter so I couldn’t swim. The beach area was nice to just relax all day. The hotel also had a heated pool which was nice as Vietnam was a little chilly when I visited. The location really sucks if you want to do the sand dunes. It’s too far and you end up paying way too much on transportation. The breakfast was ok and had a variety of dishes. The coffee could use upgrading. The reception staff were not very friendly or welcoming. Overall the stay was good.

1/ Vị trí của resort này ở khu vực biển có nhiều dầu thải bằng cứng là cát trên bờ có nhiều cát đen kiểu như dầu hoặc không sạch. Đây là điểm trừ nặng mà tôi sẽ khó quay lại resort lần nữa.
2/ Dịch vụ ăn uống gồm buffet ăn sáng, phòng gym, tập yoga thì nói chung tốt.
3/ Điểm trừ nặng và tôi sẽ không lựa chọn quay trở lại resort này là phòng cúp điện nhiều lần trong đêm (cúp rồi mở rồi cúp rồi mở ....) Tôi đi vào giữa tháng 7 mùa bắt đầu mưa vậy mà nóng ngủ không được vì không có máy lạnh. Một đêm tôi phải thức dậy nhiều lần để mở máy lạnh vì tụi nhỏ nóng không ngủ được.
4/ Giường ngủ thì nệm và mền gối có lớp chống thấm kiểu gì mà kêu sột soạt mỗi khi trở mình... nói chung là làm cho người ngủ không thể ngon giấc được. Mà không ngủ ngon giấc thì người ta lại mộng mị lung tung, có vài người bạn của tôi nói giống như resort này có vấn đề (về tâm linh...) nên ngủ mơ lung tung :). Bản thân tôi cũng bị vậy nên không biết thế nào.
5/ Gia đình tôi suýt bị bắt bồi thường đôi dép lê vì tụi nhỏ mang chuyển lung tung giữa các phòng (tụi nhỏ đã tìm ra dép). Thiết nghĩ tôi đồng ý trả tiền bồi thường vì mất dép nhưng đó phải là đôi dép lê mới hoàn toàn, còn dép ở resort là dép cũ và rất cũ, tôi không biết sẽ bồi thường thế nào nếu tôi mất dép, chắc là tôi rất bực mình. Tôi nói vậy vì chắc chắn sẽ không ai lấy đôi dép lê cũ xì như vậy làm gì. Rất tiếc tôi không có hình ảnh đôi dép.
Hy vọng thông tin này giúp resort cải thiện thêm dịch vụ của mình.

Vì đặt phòng với mức giá dành cho 1 người nên khi có phát sinh thêm 1 người ở cùng thì buổi chiều mình có hỏi nhân viên về việc tính phí thêm như thế nào.Đc trả lời là k tính phí,tối nhân viên gọi lại báo là phải tính 400k mình ok,tới khi bạn mình tới thì thu 2038k như giá phòng mình đặt ban đầu.
Vậy có nghĩa là bằng giá đặt 2 phòng?
Dịch vụ thì quá tệ,4 sao nhưng trong phòng còn k có lược,trời mưa k có dù cho khách đi.
Khách ra vào đi qua nhà hành nhân viên đứng đó thấy khách xách đồ nặng k những k giúp mà còn k mở cửa giúp phải khi mở k đc gọi nhờ thì mới làm.
Đồ ăn sáng cũng k ngon.
Điểm cộng duy nhất là vị trí và cảnh quan,không gian thiết kế đẹp.
