Hotels in Ton Sai Bay, Phi Phi Islands

The room, location, service and breakfast are excellent. Well decorated. We loved the breakfast. Location is very close to the pier. Another good thing is that they provide help carrying luggages from and to the pier. But the washroom floor is not properly designed to drain the water. Also they charged extra 800 THB for 10 year old child for one night stay, although I didn’t require extra bed they made it mandatory. That’s not appreciable. Check out time is 11.00 am which seems too early. But they provide luggage storage before departure which is helpful.

Located on the romantic Phi Phi Island, this hotel truly stands out. Es war ein toller Aufenthalt, sehr freundlich, ruhig und entspannt, das Resort ist besonders. Das Frühstück war wirklich gut, das Abendessen auch, beides direkt am privaten Strand. Zu Fuß kann man in den Trubel der Innenstadt gehen oder natürlich ein Boot nehmen. Wir waren im Juli hier und das Preisleistungsverhältnis war bestens, wir würden es sofort wieder buchen.

In general it was a nice stay, the pros beat the cons. The location, views and service were worth it, even after knowing more about this hotel history. The hotel is really well located, very close to the island central area and harbors (for tours and ferry). The staff was waiting us by the ferry and helped to carry the luggage back to the hotel. The staff was very friendly in general, except for some on the pool bar. The stay was very confortable and the view from the pool is stunning! The hotel is old and need some refurbishment, mainly inside the rooms, but it is understandable. Many complaints about the party noises, but I believe there are almost no place in the village to avoid them, the bars exaggerate on the ”music” bass level. The hotel supply earplugs to help with it, in case you have difficulty sleeping. The breakfast was really complete and nice, but the time to refill the stations could be improved. Another point of improvement may be the cleaning. Unfortunately, we found a insect (seemed like a roach) inside the safe.

Hotel in good location. Room was fairly basic but clean, shower was adequate. Pool right outside our patio, but we did have a Grand Deluxe room. Safe didn't work properly so the reception had to provide us with a key to operate it. No kettle in the room, just a water heater which didn't work well, and took an age for the water to get hot enough for a tea/coffee.

**Pros:** * Comfortable bed * Convenient ferry pick-up and drop-off service * Friendly staff **Cons:** * Strong, pervasive smell of mold and dampness, like a basement. * High humidity, which meant clothes wouldn't dry. We won't be returning for a second stay.

This hotel is conveniently located right at the heart of the island, only 200m away from Tonsai Pier, Loh Dalum beach, McDonald's, etc. The hotel owner and his staff is very friendly and helpful. We were even surprised to receive coupons for free lunch buffet at a nearby restaurant. The rooms were a bit smaller than we expected and without windows but it was no big issue since we got all the basic amenities and they were very clean. I highly recommend this place for anyone planning to visit Phi Phi

I want you all to listen to me, if you have kids this is the hotel that you need to take your family to. It's clean there's no rock and roll noise at night. As a father who brought his family here to play this is the only hotel that I found that was the best one. Don't risk taking your family to other places that have loud music and terrible smells. This hotel was the most amazing hotel I've seen on this island and I've been to this island five times. The rooms were outstanding they were fantast and so comfortable

The hotel is located in the center of Phi Phi Island, making it very convenient to access nearby attractions, restaurants and shops. The beach was a short walk away, so it was great for enjoying water sports and walking on the beach. The hotel's swimming pool was clean and well-maintained, and the view from the pool was very nice. The breakfast buffet also had a variety of menus, making it an enjoyable meal.
