Dear Team,
Please be informed that we have received some complains from the client regarding the hotel booking.
Please see the client's message as follows:
- This is a Chinese-only hotel, where no one speaks English.
- No non-smoking rooms are available.
- I have been confined to my room for two days, as I cannot put pressure on my injured leg.
- Room service has not come, leaving me even without basic necessities such as toilet paper (almost totally missing)
Kindly investigate and provide feedback on this once available.

Excellent service, friendly staff, reasonable price. Good choice for catching early morning flight, because it is just 10 to Phnom Penh airport!

Only stayed for one night for an early flight the next morning. The staff was friendly and helped organize a tuk-tuk to the airport and to a restaurant for our dinner.

環境或者服務還是不錯的，但是拖鞋衹有膠拖鞋沒有一次性布鞋可以供選擇，大堂外面WiFi信號可以，但是房間內信號弱到吐血，有時候聯網後一格都沒有，唉😔下次都不敢預訂這個酒店了！希望有改善吧！
