Such a great resort! This is the 2nd time I have visited the resort, and the 1st time I have stayed there. The service is quick, everyone is polite and friendly, and none of us had any complaints. I would definitely come and stay there again, and I would highly recommend to families.

I stayed in this hotel for eight days and seven nights this time. I felt that the service level needs to be improved a lot. There are few restaurants and the food is average, so I had to order takeout. It is not recommended to stay for too many days. Three days and two nights is enough.

The room is ok, but the elevator is smelly, and the air conditioner is not turned on in the elevator, it is very hot. The room is a suite with a balcony. It is not good that there is no water in the room. There is no meal, and the pitfall of Hilton is that the WiFi needs to be paid separately

We did like the size of the room. We didn't like that fact that the lazy river wasn't opened and it didn't say it anywhere we could find. I didn't mind the cost of the room with that aminity but the cost was a bit much without it. I mean so many hotels have free breakfast and coffee and this didn't even have that. So was a bit disappointed.

remotes didn't work in our room, outside swimming pools not useable, not disclosed when I booked our stay. One very overpriced restaurant on the property the other two were closed. The bed was hard as a rock. Although an older property, take care of it!! I do not care how old it is just care. The staff however, was very pleasant, those people were very kind.

Everything was closed. Limited food options. The water park was the whole reason I booked, and the multiple restaurants, none of which seemed to exist. Very sad

Checked in and after was told most the amenities were closed and under renovation, no water park, no mini golf, the starbucks is just a gift shop with starbucks coffe served out of a thermos, all the bars and resturants are closed except one. There was a huge construction generator trailer running all night in the parking lot, our fridge in our suite was broken, which they did replace, the shampoo and soap despenser in the shower were empty and the faucet in the sink was leaking water right next to the hair dryer. I couldnt believe it so we took video. I would not recomend staying here, after complaing to the front desk they tried to book us a different hotel and downgrade us to a cheaper hilton hotel. They also offered us free passes to the waterpark when it reopens. This place is a joke!! If you decide too book here anyways make sure to tell them you want them to wave the resort fees since it isnt a resort, they did it for us
