I booked a room for two nights. The hotel's location right on the main road is very convenient for getting around. The room itself was new, spotlessly clean, and came fully equipped with everything needed. The only downside was the poor sound insulation from the ceiling; I could clearly hear noises from the room above. To make matters worse, there was some hotel renovation work happening before my check-out, and the noise was quite disruptive.

Really enjoyed our stay here. The staff was very thoughtful and the amenities are very nice.

Staying at Baan Canalee was a fantastic choice. The host and staff were very friendly and accommodating. Additionally, the common area by the riverside was a lovely place to unwind and relax after a long day of exploring. If I have the chance to visit Ayutthaya again, I would definitely choose to stay at Baan Canalee once more. I stayed here with my family. It's located right next to the Ayutthaya ruins and can be reached on foot. It's built like a good old Thai mansion, and it was a fun experience that was different from a business hotel. The air conditioning worked well, so we had a comfortable stay. For breakfast, we chose from a variety of menu items and had it made, but it was plentiful and delicious. They even made sure we were full (lol). The owner was always smiling and very comforting.
