An exquisitely decorated 4 /5 star hotel complex which boasts high quality furnishings and amenities. Has individual room access to the artful outdoor pool via a spiral staircase. Has a gym, restaurant (serves breakfast only) and offers many other services for their guests. Very stylish, nicely appointed rooms.

The staff are awesome, they moved me to another room when I was uncomfortable after seeing an insect that scared me, initially they sprayed the room with antibug but eventually decided to move me to another room after they meticulously checked despite I arrived for quite late for checkin, service 24/7. They are always nice and helpful as I prefer to stay in this place when in koh keaw since 2019. Definitely, I will book again here when I am in town. Thank you.

This hotel had a Sino-Portuguese type architecture. The pool access rooms were great as as we had 3 room side by side allowing for direct communication from poolside.
For breakfast , the Thai green curry was a winner. The best we had in Phuket . The breakfast patio was located beside a lake , lovely indeed.
The rooms were clean , staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel is located close to Phuket old town so it met the purpose location wise.

Coming to the end of our trip I have realised that the East side of Phuket Island is not the place to be.
It doesn’t really cater for the tourist.
It is just a normal dirty, broken pavements city region with hotels scattered about.
This hotel is away from all touristy things including a beach.
It is just off the very busy 402 road.
402 is the main N-S road.
Hotel pictures make it look nicer than it is.
The thing that dissspointed us was the doors being open in restaurant, letting sparrows in.(they flew onto uncovered food).
The staff seemed unfazed by it.
Hotel was well priced for what it is and ok for a night (or two).
Reception staff very friendly and helpful
