Sugar Marina Resort-LAGOON-Villas, Naiyang Beach

We arrived at the hotel at 12 noon, they checked us in at 2 pm, and upgraded our room to a villa for free. We had booked a standard room with access to the pool. The villa is large and comfortable. In addition to a king-size bed, there is also a bunk bed for children with full-length mattresses, so if you are with children, even teenagers will be comfortable. The room is new, the renovation is good. There is a jacuzzi on the terrace, two sun loungers, and access to the pool. There is enough lighting both in the room and on the terrace, but the only thing that is inconvenient is that there is no table on the terrace. They put everything on the floor, which, by the way, was dirty and had never been wiped. We asked 3 times to bring a small table (in standard rooms they are on the balconies). At first they promised to bring one, and the third time they said they did not have any). The soundproofing is poor, you can hear your neighbors on the sides. The robes are good, there are no soft slippers, only flip-flops. There is a large and thick mat in the bag. A big plus - you can swim in the pool until late at night, you can smoke on the terrace and balconies, they bring an ashtray upon request. Breakfasts are not bad, but they refill slowly, at the egg station and at the soup station there is one employee, a queue. The coffee is delicious. The shuttle seems to be good, but it does not cope with the number of vacationers, you can wait for it and not fit) we mainly went by taxi, not close, there is no point in walking, it cost 240 baht one way. At the exit of the hotel there is a pharmacy, 7/11, one cafe. Overall, I give the hotel a solid four, it turned out to be better than we thought, definitely worth the money.

We waited a very long time to check in, the room was not ready by 15:00! The exit to the pool with a jacuzzi was pleasing, the breakfasts were delicious, the location is far from the beach
