Arrived in the hotel room at 8 in the evening to have welcomed by a few mosquitoes in the room, also, the bathroom door lock was damaged and not working. However both the issue were fixed the next day. Great sea view from the room and the breakfast had a good spread. Everything else was good.

It was a nice experience with beautiful sea view rooms with balcony. The hotel staff and their hospitality were good. The hotel is conveniently located near Patong Beach and offers a free shuttle to Jungceylon Mall.

Room service never answered. And we had to go to order directly to the restaurant.
Shuttle service is very bad. We were waiting for more than 20 mins. And we had to walk at the end.
Front desk super slow.

Nice hotel with nice view quite area you can enjoy with your family. Always perfect breakfast with multi choice. The room very clean

Would not recommend this hotel, this hotel is not child friendly at all the room they gave us was so far with so many steps and they didn’t have a lift so we had to leave our pushchair in the reception. The service was poor they gave dirty towels and didn’t even clean the rooms properly. Need a shuttle bus every single time you want to go in and out of the hotel. I would personally never come and stay here again.
