This is a very nice place, run by nice people. The staff is very friendly, and it feels like the owner is putting their soul into the hotel. The room wasn't very large, but it had everything I needed, and there's also a balcony. The beach is nearby, as are the shops and the cafes. It was also very pleasant to get a Christmas present on 24th of December! I'd definitely stay here again for my next visit to the Kata beach.

Amazing place, great value for money. Super friendly, sincere and helpful hosts. Homey inn with clean rooms, it was a comfortable stay. I was looking for something simple and this place provided that and more! You can get bottles of water, beach towel, beach mat, room fridge. Nearby there are pharmacy, beachwear shops, restaurants, massage places. 5 mins walk to the beach. Awesome location. The drawback is that it's next to a busy road so the vehicles can be loud sometimes, the rooms that don't face the road are quieter though at night once in a while you can still hear a very loud engine, but for such a convenient location, this is to be expected and it didn't bother me. Other inns in the same location will have the same effect too. Note that there is no elevator so you'll need to carry your luggage up the stairs - I came with a small carry on luggage so it was totally fine for me :) Love the hosts, cleanliness and location. I will definitely stay again!

The hotel is very clean, the owner is very kind, and we were well taken care of. This is an older building, and it is inconvenient to go up and down the stairs without an elevator, but this difficulty is nothing compared to the affordable price. Our family of three stayed in a standard room. It was no problem for three of us to sleep with two beds pushed together. The boss was very considerate and changed the mattress for us to a larger mattress. I also gratefully paid a tip of 200🐷. The hotel is very close to the beach, about ten minutes' walk. There is a delicious coffee shop nearby. I suggest you try it. There is also a Dianping shop nearby. The owner is very enthusiastic and good at public relations, but the taste of the food is average. I recommend Go forward and eat at a restaurant at the intersection, which is much better.

Excellent location 5 minutes from Katana and 15-20 from Katana (which had fewer people). The room is clean, cleaned every day. A boiler for water is also available around the clock, free tea, coffee, cocoa, milk, toast, jam, butter. A small minus - the ubiquitous motorcycles, the walls do not protect you from the loudest noises at all (there were windows facing the road).

The boss and the lady boss are very nice. It’s a few hundred meters away from Kata. It’s a good distance.
