Location was great, walking distance to one of the biggest mall in Patong and food market, many restaurants along the street as well so you don't have to worry about starving in the middle of the night. Check In and Check Out process smooth, you need to put deposit of THB 1,000 for each room. The room was spacious, although it has slight smelly odor at the first time we enter the room. The amenities inside also complete from the toiletries until kitchen appliances, they refill 2 water bottles every day. Recommended for any type of traveler and it was cheap compared to other similar hotel.

The location is good,the beach,restaurants and shopping opportunities are nearby. Clean comfortable accommodation. I can only recommend it to everyone.

Ichekin is a decent budget hotel. Great place to be. it is so relaxing and calm to have these wonderful trips. I will definitely recommend on the people watching this to plan a trip to Thailand and phuket. The room space small and very old furniture with dirty curtains which need to be washed or changed.Give us new beach towels every day on request. The price is high for it”s old type furniture and far distance from everywhere.

We were initially hesitant and concerned about our stay after reading the negative reviews, but we were pleasantly surprised. The staff was consistently helpful and went out of their way to ensure our stay was enjoyable and hassle-free. The breakfast was varied and different each day. The rooms were clean and well-maintained by the housekeeping team. The swimming pool was also a highlight—great and refreshing. The only downside was the construction work nearby, which caused some noise in the early mornings. Apart from that, I would definitely recommend this place.

This is not a hotel, but an apartment. terrible cold pool, no attitude. I don't recommend it. money for nights out is not refunded.

I’m not sure where to start. The price for this room was significantly inflated for this time of year. I didn’t take any pictures, but upon entering, I noticed broken refrigerators and air conditioning units on the first floor. The elevator buttons were also malfunctioning. My air conditioning unit emitted an unpleasant smell, and I hesitated to open the curtains because of the dust. Be sure to bring bug spray; I was in the room for only five minutes and already had several mosquito bites. Unfortunately, they couldn’t move me to another room as the hotel was fully booked. However, they did send a cleaning lady with bug spray to treat the room. I struggled to sleep at night due to the poorly maintained air conditioning and the unclean air. On a positive note, the cleaning staff were friendly and helpful.

The place was dated but clean. However, the location was far from the beach and Boat Avenue.

Nice weather , time was value at The art Patong . We would be happy to repeat our experience in the further.

The Location was perfect.Near to Patong beach, getting Indian food and Thai food very easy form there because all are near. Tooth paste and Brush not provided. Very good staff.

I had issues with the wifi. I wanted to work remotely from my apartment but the wifi was terrible here and they refused to refund my room rent so I could move elsewhere. The wifi is terrible but everything else is great.

My stay at iCheck inn Residences Patong was excellent! The rooms were modern, clean, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. The location was great, just a short walk from the beach and local attractions, but still quiet enough for a peaceful night's sleep. I highly recommend iCheck inn Residences Patong for anyone visiting the area!
