Not nice services, I book via Trip and my friend books via Agoda, his room is not ready for him. The only nice thing is the TUKTUK guy.

There is a walking distance BTS to this Hotel. BTS Phaya Thai. They provided a shuttle service too, both way (going and return to the BTS). And at the same time, they also provide shuttle to Pratunam Market. The hotel is so clean, the room is big. Masjid Darul Aman is quite near, a lot A LOT of Halal Food and Cheap!

What is good with Top High Airport Link Hotel? 1. with tuktuk service to Phayathai BTS and to Pratunam when going out from the hotel. 2. with free drinking water and prurified water in every floor (hot & cokd). 3. I stayed in a queen bedroom and it was big for one pax since it is good for 2 persons. 4. Cleaner name, Eye or Ai ( not sure of the spelling) knows good customer service. I reported that one bulb inside the restroom was busted and she called the Technician to replace it, the same with the bidet. Kudos also to the Technician. Thank you both. 5. Receptionist girl, forgot her nane (with curl hair), was very nice to take photos of me every morning at the reception area before I leave the hotel to go outside. Thank you as well. 6. The hotel was generally okay. What's not so good? 1. bidets are leaking and the bidet in my 2nd room has noise as well when being used so I requested to replace and was acted upon. 2. ac on 1st room not cooling but they are fast to act when advised and when I requested to be transfered. 3. hotel location has quite a distance but that was the reason they have free tuktuk service. It would be best if you can also pick-up your guests from the same drop off pts (Phayathai BTS and Pratunam). Thank you, I had quite nice stay 😊

Just for short stay as I arrived early morning and depart same day back home. The location is really good, walking distance to the Pratunam, platinum mall, massage, phaya Thai station to airport. Really good location. There is good food around the hotel including Indonesian Padang food

Excellent location to phaya Thai SRT. Near to Pratunam market.

This hotel is nice. Walking distance to the ARL Phaya Thai going to BTS, Airport and MRT. Very near in Pratunam. The staffs and receptionists are good in english. Communication wise! They have TUKTUK Service going to pratunam. Free water to drink every floor. Our room is pretty, neat and clean. Highly recommended!

Pros: This hotel is walking distance to Phaya thai BTS station. The have free tutok from hotel to BTS station until 5pm.. The staff were nice. Cons: The hotel will ask you 1,000 baht deposit eventhough that I pre-pay the room already before I arrived. The room is too small for two people consider you have a lagguage with you. The bathroom has no space to put yout toiletress. In short ,the bathroom is too small too.  I I  could not understand on why they were asking a 1,000 baht deposit since I paid the room already ahead of time and I only stay there for two night. That is rediculous.
