Very simple and cheap. Super close to the beach. A nice big TV for rainy days. A cozy bed. Very lovely pool area. cleaning is done well. The pool could use some TLC as it’s missing some tiles (which could also be dangerous). Super convenient. Everything you need is nearby. I do wish the water was hotter. I booked two nights and stayed for a week. Great little place!.

The service, location, and reception staff are very helpful and polite. Except for the breakfast, they should have other menu variety every day. Very close to restaurants, 5 minutes walk to the beach.

I had a great stay at this hotel as the staff were so lovely and kind. I had been given a room on the fourth floor and during the first night my air conditioning stopped working so I went and told the young man at the front desk at about 5:30am. He couldn’t change my room, ad it was quite early, but got me a fan which made do until I went back down a few hours later and talked with some other staff. They were able to change my room (turns out there was something wrong with the air conditioning in that room), they apologised profusely for putting me in that room, I let them know it wasn’t an issue and it’s all good, my room got upgraded with the change, the air conditioning worked perfectly and I then didn’t have a room with afternoon sun so it was perfect. Everything was great and the pool was good too! Location worked for me as I had everything nearby that I needed. The bed was way too firm for me but that can be an issue at a lot of hotels in SE Asia. The staff truly made my stay here so wonderful.

This hotel has a big minus, there is no hot water, they say that the owner of this hotel decided to save money and will turn on hot water only in November, so all the good ratings are spoiled by one bad one, the staff is excellent, polite and friendly, but there is no hot water, and the breakfast is monotonous, instead of butter for breakfast they give margarine every morning, the same chicken soup with some strange mushrooms, carrots and onions, as well as noodles or rice and sausages

A room with a view of the pool and a small balcony. Clothes were dried on the balcony. In rooms with a view of the balcony you can't hear noisy cafes and restaurant singers, which is very good, since in another room, it seems, even the bass could be felt until 2 am. Very responsive, good-natured and polite staff at the reception. They provided a second blanket at no extra charge (this is not the case everywhere). Breakfasts are not the most varied, but you won't go hungry (I don't eat meat). Of the fruits, there is a delicious watermelon, the usual set of vegetables cucumbers/tomatoes/salad. TV in Russian, there is Kinopoisk and other applications.

The hotel is after renovation, clean, breakfasts are tasty, but not very varied: soup, rice with vegetables or noodles with vegetables, fried eggs, omelet, cucumbers, tomatoes, cereal, sausages, ham, pineapple, watermelon. The only minus is no coffee machine, just instant coffee. But it broke, maybe they will fix it sooner or later. The room is ordinary, closer to retro. We were satisfied with everything, except for the fact that there was overbooking and we were accommodated on Kata beach in a 4 * hotel for 4 days. They provided a transfer there and back. We did not notice the difference between 4 * and 3 *, breakfasts are even better in Rattana, but to the sea in 4 * you had to walk 20 minutes and this is a lot compared to 5 minutes from Rattana. In general, I recommend the hotel, I would stay again.

We rented a hotel for one day. We were very sorry that we could not extend - there were no rooms. We liked everything, even the fact that there was no hot water) the room is large with a very small balcony. The room has everything you need: toothbrushes, 2 towels, shampoo, shower gel, hair dryer, air conditioning. There is a swimming pool. Breakfasts are normal, as in all of Thailand. The location is excellent - 3 minutes to the sea, there are many cafes around, the prices are excellent, even lower than in Patong. I definitely recommend the hotel. P.S. The hotel administrator is for you: there is no dryer for clothes, nowhere to hang even a swimsuit 🤷♀️

Good, clean hotel, convenient location. Despite the fact that it says check-in until 20.00, we checked in at 23.00 without any problems. The only downside is the very noisy air conditioner next to the room on the pool side.

Everything is good, except for the hot water. The water is room temperature, just not cold. Girls like to have warm water when taking a bath.
