The hotel staff are so attentive! The room is spacious and clean! I got a room right at the back of the hotel facing a barren land and old zinc roof house. There wasn’t much of a view but very glad for the quietness and cleanliness! Love the decoration of old antique pieces and the service! I left some stuff at the hotel, they texted me to see if I’d like to arrange for postage to sg. Please hang on to my adaptor and charger wire! Will come visit next year. Thank you!

This is a good hotel with an excellent location if staying in Old Town for a few days. Staff were very accommodating with check in/out as arrived late & checked out early. It is very good value. However, downside is no lift and if at the top and heavy luggage it’s a struggle and wi-fi intermittent to non existent.
We would recommend if you can overlook those issues. Lovely and clean and quirky. 🙏

Xinlor was the first hotel we stayed at in Thailand for five nights. It exceeded our expectations, and we were thoroughly satisfied. The location and cleanliness were excellent. Within 100 meters, there has a great budget-friendly breakfast restaurant offering excellent service.

Wonderful service. They make up the room really quick and efficiently. 10/10 aesthetic and would book again. Theres a matcha and coffee place downstairs with the BEST matcha ever! Highly recommend

The place is central. Its walking distance to old town phuket. The place is very well renovated and the floor size is big as well.
I will definitely stay there again when i get back to phuket.

Really well put together boutique hotel in the heart of the old town, very comfortable with good attention to detail. Not too close to the busy streets so not noisy at all. Bed and shower to high standard. Staff very nice and helpful.
