Worst Rogan Josh I have ever eaten. Don't go. Tasteless and no resemblance to a signature Indian dish. The food was also tepid at best

I was extremely pleased with my stay at your establishment. The service was outstanding, and I was well taken care of and made to feel like I was a V.I.P guest. The staff are all so friendly and helpful. I will definitely be coming to stay there again.

Redlands is the place to be when visiting Pietermaritzburg. Friendly staff, Beautifull clean rooms and nicest pool area with green lawns to relax with some drinks and have dinner. Safe parking for your vehicle.

Redlands is clean, rooms are spacious, service is great, breakfast is also delicious. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. I really appreciate your hospital, everything was excellent, location. I was so unfortunate because of the work we couldn't utilize to pool area other than that thumbs up. Your team was so friendly and helpful to the guests.

The night was a nightmare. Other guests that came in after 10pm partied until 4am laughing hysterically, banging doors, talking loudly and no Duty Manager in sight to look out for the interests of other guests.

We had a good stay at Redlands. Their staff was very welcoming and friendly. The food was AMAZING! Kudos to the chef! The size of the rooms big and comfortable. The location is a convenient drive to all main city areas.

Pleasant hotel. The rooms are comfortable but the service is awful. The dining experience is gruesome. Slow service, mediocre food at best. The overall staff is pleasant but woefully under trained. This crosses dining, front desk, laundry service. It is not good. I’ve been staying here on business for five years. I hoped that the new manager GSR would correct these ongoing issues but it has only gotten worse. If I had an option, I’d stay elsewhere.

Enjoyed three times during this 2 weeks. I love this style of service including drink service. And very silence due to location. Just one point I wanna say, I need USB mouth for charging in the room. Hopefully expect next time.
