This is where you want to stay in Kefalonia. The place is amazing! The rooms are wonderful, updated, everything you need in the kitchen, bathroom. We had a room with a view at the bay, it is all you need for a perfect morning. The room was clean, towels changed every day. The garden is beautiful, the host is very helpful and nice. There is a private parking. Very pet friendly ❤️ Location is amazing. You are in the center of Agia Effimia. From there you are close to the most beautiful part of the island: Myrthos beach, Asos, Fiskardo, Melisani cave and so on. When we will visit Kefalonia again, we will definitely stay here. The owner has an adorable girl, Lucy, she's a dog and she loves hugs🥰 I strongly recommend this place. You won't regret it❤️

Fantastic accommodation with great views over the bay and Ithaca. Made exceptional by the host. Stavros goes out of his way to make your stay special. No surprise to find that people return year after year

The reception was very pleasant.
The private garden and access to the sea are very pleasant.
The proximity to the center is very convenient.
The large, shady parking lot is a big plus.
The geographical location allows short excursions to so many destinations

What a fantastic location with amazing sea and harbour views from our top floor studio. Rooms are well maintained and cleaned daily. Stavros is a great host, very friendly and helpful at all times. Location is ideal with just a 5 minute walk down to Agia Effimia village. Loved sitting out on the balcony with morning coffees admiring the views. Will definitely be staying here again 👌🏻

I loved staying at Ballas Apartments. The property itself is run by Stavros whos a pretty cool dude. The property overlooks the sea and has an amazing outdoor space you can just chill on a variety of lounges etc and just look at the amazing view. There is also access to the water for a quick dip. The room was spacious and included a small kitchen which was very handy. the bathroom was newly renovated and adequate. Stavros was also so kind in having my earbuds i had left there sent to me in Lassi via a friend of his who is a taxi driver. Free. So that was amazing. Please visit these smaller places rather than the larger conglomerates.. Agia Efimia is so beautiful too. Im glad I decided to stay here instead of Sami.

Wonderful place to stay. Lovely terrace garden overlooking the sea and the village. Stavros is very welcoming and helpful. Housekeeping and cleanliness was exeptional.

Such a lovely stay, Stavros is an amazing host, so friendly and helpful, he even let us borrow a beach umbrella! Gave us lots of advice regarding beaches and attractions and he was always welcoming and kind. The rooms are clean and well furnished. We slept comfortably. The location is excellent, Agia Efymia is a little village, very relaxing, ideal if you have a car so you can explore the island.

Communication with the property is easy and good. The owner is always available and kind. We got a free bottle of water, coffee, tea and wines. We can borrow umbrellas for a day out. The location is beautiful and nice, in the middle of the island and with good beaches around. The bathroom and furniture (not renovated yet) need attention.

Excellent accommodation in Agia Efimia, which is a small town on the east coast of Kefalonia in a beautiful and convenient location. The few small apartments in this structure are well kept, cleaning is daily and linen is changed frequently. There is a small kitchen area with fridge, electric kettle and tea, coffee and everything needed for a small breakfast are provided. The bed is comfortable, there is air conditioning and the bathrooms have recently been redone. Our studio apartment also had a comfortable terrace overlooking the garden and the sea. Stavros, the owner is very kind (he even offered us two beers upon arrival!)
