My stay with tropical retreat was amazing!!! Special thanks to dikshant, Souresh, Tanweer and su*** sir for all your cooperation and wonderful hospitality!!! Also Lovely anniversary decor and surprise by Souresh and Tanweer.. I Really appreciate your efforts! The food is equally delicious and staff is polite and very humble! Worth going!

We have came here to celebrate our anniversary..but Mr Avinash Nikam and Amol Gunjal planned pleasant surprise for us by decorating our room..we were overwhelmed by it..staff of the resort treats with great hospitality

Lovely resort. Needs some more maintenance though. Food should be authentic maharashtrian. You could avoid making inter continental dishes. Poha upma chutney prawn dish were very tasty. Rooms are great with beautiful views. Enjoyed our stay.

The reception desk experience was disappointing. It seemed they lacked understanding of the needs of guests on vacation seeking beautiful memories. However, the main ***ager handling affairs was exceptionally supportive. I advise double-checking your booking details as we were initially assigned a lower category room due to an overbooking error on the hotel's part and first their desk ***ager didn’t accept their mistake. Its risk for ppl who came from long run. Overall, the hotel stay was pleasant, and the property itself is commendable despite the reception shortcomings. We faced delays in accessing the jacuzzi, which was initially unclean despite prior notice. After a one-hour wait and additional requests, it was eventually cleaned, allowing us to enjoy it with our kids. Room service was notably slow. On a positive note, the restaurant staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. They were particularly attentive to our kids, making our dining experience enjoyable. Special thanks to Mr. Surajkumar, Mr. Su***, Miss Jaya, and Miss Lakshmi for their friendly and efficient service. Their hospitality truly enhanced our trip, leaving us with fond memories.

Great location, easy to get in and out of the city. The staff was wonderful. The hotel is very well maintained, rooms were spacious, clean and comfy. They have lot of indoor & outdoor games, And adventure activities.. It was really a good experience for us and hope those who love adventurous activities will have real fun. Enjoyed all the activities over here .. Food was amazing 🤩 Every dish we tried was bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection 😋.. I was very pleased with my stay 🌸 10/10 ❣️

The property is located in a prime location near igatpuri place, making it convenient for tourists and business travelers .the rooms are spacious and well maintained, with good lighting and amenities.the staff is courteous and helpful, providing prompt service.the spa and pool facilities are relaxing and enjoyable,it is a good property for a comfortable stay in tropical retreat igatpuri.and specially thanks to MS JAYA for the wonderful experience.....

I must say that everything was excellent. Rooms, food, cleanliness everything was good and surprisingly comfortable. Feeling very refreshing. I would definitely recommend this resort to others for trip.special thanks to JAYA Taking much care of all. much helpful. Other staff was also v god but not knowing their name. RETREAT IS TO VISIT.

Place is iconic, prabhat sir escorted me to the best place, tanveer bhai was amazing, cute, humble and Laxmi mam is supportive, Saturday is Rahul Bhai’s night! Do check live band of Rahul bhai, you’ll feel love and ecstasy! I love tropical….
