Here are the facts, judge for yourself: Location: very good, close to the Tower. There is indeed a side view to the tower. You cannot reach it by taxi because it's in the pedestrian area. That also means you can't order a taxi to the airport, particularly at night (!). The closest meeting point for taxi orders is close to the tower, at Hotel Kinzica Reception: does not speak english, but google translate does the job. All in all it was not a problem. You will get a lot of keys: one for the building, one for the overall apartment / floor, one for the first door towards room 4 and one for the room itself. The big key is very tricky to use. Room (this if for room 4): double bed, desk, small couch, closet, cable tv (99% channels are Italian and dubbed in Italian). The room was very cold, we had to use 3 extra blankets. There is an A/C in the room, but since the room is tall and the A/C an older non-brand, it barely makes a difference in terms of warming up the room. Small mini-bar in the room with 2 beers and a juice. Bathroom: for room 4 you pass a small private hallway to reach the bathroom. The faucet was in a poor condition, shaky. Since it was cold overall, the towels provided were not getting dried. The drainage of the sink was barely working. Cabin shower ok - you get one sample of shampoo and one sample of shower gel for the whole stay (one per person). When I say sample I mean something the size of a teabag. You have a hairdryer. Wi-fi: poor connection. At least in the evening it was fading in and out. Breakfast included: the included breakfast means that you go at the restaurant downstairs and hand them a card. Colazione italiana means a coffee and a croissant. You will be told that breakfast is available at 8:15, but it's actually 8:50 which for us made it useless 2 days out of 3. Kitchen area is common and you can use the glasses and dishes available.
