Hola buenas tardes me llamo Jonathan Michael me cobraron un extra por mi hijo de 13 Años les mostre la reserva y que decia los niños mejores de 13 años no paganban pero mi indicaron que de todas manera tenia que pagar haber si alguien me puede ayudar en este caso ya que todo lo reserve por online gracias

Not worth 160 euro a night.. For half its fine

Great place, plenty of staff on and really helpful. Aitor on reception was excellent. Room was big and clean. I really enjoyed it here and would come back. Other reviews are surprising. Entertainment when I was here so that was a laugh. Poolside had great music, plenty of lounge chairs.

Hotel is a bit old fashioned, a bit expensive have given the state of the hotel. Parking was actually not free in the garage, but in the surrounding it’s free.
Also some employees hardly speak any English, especially at the reception you won’t expect this.

Habitación 146 decepcionante. Solo ventana que da a una especie de patio interior. En el baño hay una ventana por la cual te pueden ver del edifico de al lado mientras te duchas. He estado en este hotel en hotel en habitaciones mejores y precio menor o similar.
